It's Almost Time To Say Goodbye Sequel to Natsu's Weakness

(Ergh, please don't hate me! There's still alot more chapter's though! I've got a question that most probably can't figure out but if you can I'll dedicate the next chapter to you. The question is written in the reading so please read on!)

Natsu's P.O.V

It's been one entire week sense Lucy's been asleep.

Days with Lucy's absence.

Days of blank memories.

I haven't felt anything for one week. If you were to stab me, would I feel it? No. Nothing hurts more than this damned pain in my heart. What's it like? Like I died. Like no matter how hard I try to somewhat fake smile, if feels so wrong. So I stop looking at people.

I didn't care who visited Lucy anymore.

It felt so blank like this.

Her in constant pain.

But whatever she felt, hurt me the most.

I'm still not out of tears for some reason.

I was staring at Lucy's sleeping Dave as she slept. I've already memorized her face. I try to imagine what it looks like with her brown eyes opened but that just makes me want to cry some more.

The infirmary door open.

This familiarly yet unfamiliar smell lingered in the air. But I didn't quite feel like looking.

The stood next to me. I feel his shadow hover and knew it was a bigger person. Maybe male.

The air was becoming thick and curiosity was trying to take over.

About thirty minutes pass...

I hear him trying to catch his breath like he's trying to prevent himself from crying but the jitters from his mouth making him seem like he's this large cry baby. But I guess I have no room to talk.

Still this bastard dares to stare at MY Lucy?!

I didn't realize it but I was now glaring at Lucy's face. It was the first time in two years. I haven't glared at her for that long.

He broke the silence, somehow reading my expression.

"She is just... so beautiful," he voice cracked at the last word.

I knew it! I knew I wasn't the only one to notice!

I bit my bottom lip, I didn't feel like screaming with Lucy sleeping in the room. I nodded and nurvously rubbed circles around her palm that was naturally in my hand.

"She- she had so much to live for," his voice with this frusterated whisper. His break must've been just as broken as mine is.

"Both of them, did," both? What's he talking about?

Does Lucy have a twin that I don't know about?

Dammit! I forgot to ask for a blessing from the twin!

"Lucy's mother," Lucy's mother?

"She looks so much like her!" By now the guy was sobbing and I heard two thuds that indicated that he fell to his knees. People do that alot nowadays.

"I hope you don't mind, but- I'd -I'd like her to be buried at the Heartfilia mansion?" The guy whimpered. Is asked if I DON'T mind?

Yeah well I kinda do.

"That won't be necessary," I growled and he gasped.

I put my anger into my words as I said, "You take her from me and I will kill you, without damn hesitation. I won't even let God take her yet. She's going to live. There's more hope than ever before."

"You were just like me, full of hope and prayers. Never leaving her side? Crying in hop's she'll wake up to find you looking at her. Then maybe kissing her?" He said like he knew.

My eyes perked up and I turn to look at him.

He had blonde hair, brown eyes that sparkled like Lucy's, a bulk body, a scary looking glare, and I knew who he was.

"Jude Heartfilia," I growled the words of Lucy's father through my mouth.

(Fun fact! Jude Heartfilia, the name, came from the Beetles song, it's called 'Hey Jude'! Hiro Mashiro heard that song and named Lucy's father that name. Jude.
Also Lucy's name also came from a Beetles song it's called, 'Lucy and the Stars.')

The room suddenly went silent.

He stared at me before nodding his head slowly.

"Why the hell are you here?" I stood up,still holding onto Lucy's hand, and stood up protectively next to my Lucy.

The old man blinked before flinching.

"I'm here to make things right! I swear!" He hollered and got up. Him and I had a stand down before I had this thought of vengeance.

If I kill Jude, maybe God be like 'I'll take Jude because, he naughty! You take Lucy Natsu' then everything will be peachy!

"I love my daughter!" He yelled.

I was about to pound him when I heard the monitor start breaking. It beeped louder and louder.

Suddenly Lucy's eyes widened and she sat up abruptly from bed.

I ignored Jude's presence and ran to Lucy's side.

I'm love is awake!!

"Lucy!!" I cried out with joy and tears streaming down my face. I smiled that cheeky childish grin that she loves so much and tightened my grip on her wrists.

She blinked at be and then lifted her hand to my face.

She started crying to.

The guilds infirmary door closed slyly like Jude fled as soon as Lucy's eyes opened.

Lucy's thumb whiped away by tears.

"Why are you crying, love?" She whispered. Her smile was so weak, it almost broke my heart.

"I-I've been waiting for you..." I whispered, my voice was horse, "slow poke."

Lucy's eyes almost closed before she held her stomach in pain!

"L-Lu?" I whisper to her. She starts crying harder.

"It-It hurts!" She whispered through the pain from do many broken bones. Her stomach has been killing her for days now.

"Where?!" I yell. I start panicking and get ready to get Wendy.

"I'll go ge-"

"No! Please Natsu! Don't leave me alone," she shouted grabbing my arm and pulling it awkwardly toward her.

"I can't let you stay in pain,"I say and she stared at me.

Then it was as if she wasn't in pain anymore and she looked away from me. She stared at the ceiling with dull eyes and whispered in a dead serious tone, "I'm dying."

(Does anyone know who Lucy quoted there?? I'll give ya a hint, he's Australian and he died a long time ago.)

There was this panic inside me that took off running to Wendy.

I only had to run to the door and open it. But when I touched the for knob.

She was dead.
