Highschool

It was the first day of ninth grade. Joan was scared shitless.
So was her best friend.
"Hey Renée." Joan said once she found her brunette friend.
"Hey."
"You alright?" Joan questioned.
"No! I'm freaking out, middle school was okay but that's over, now, we're in high school, more work, we need to start thinking about college, older people, and this school is huge we're going to get lost and I'm going to die." Renée said walking through the halls.
"Hey Mrs. Paranoid, our first period is right over there, calm down." Joan said reassuring her friend.
"Okay you're right." Renée said calming down.
"I wonder who is in our first period." Renée added as she walked in.

"You've got to be fucking kidding me." They said in sync.

"Why hello there ladies." Said Allan.

"Welcome to paradise." Said Aden.

"Boys leave the girls alone, have a seat girls."

Renée and Joan took a seat in the back of the class away from everyone.

"Are you serious right now?" Renée questioned.

"We are the only goddamn girls in the fucking classroom." Joan said.

"This year is gonna suck."
