liana's pov
Kennedy and Nella were the first ones to show up. Next was Trina.
"Where's 5squak?" Trina asked, jokingly messing up their name on purpose.
"Luke said they're on their way."
I looked at my friends. Nella looked nervous, Kennedy seemed excited and content, and Trina seemed indifferent still.
As if on cue, the boys pulled in less than a minute after I said that they were on their way. I met them in the garage so they'd know which way to go in.
"Hey guys." I greeted them.
"Hi." Luke was the first to reply and come up to me. He hugged me as he said it.
Michael was right behind him. "Hi Liana, I'm Michael, but I'm guessing you might know that already. It's nice to finally formally and soberly meet you."
"Yeah you too." I said, with a bit of a forced laughter.
"Hey. Thanks for inviting us over today." Calum said.
"No problem." I replied.
"Hey. I'm Ashton. Sorry for making out with my girlfriend right next to that one night. Um, Bianca doesn't care that much about other people's personal space, but I felt bad."
I cringed. "You remember that?"
"Yeah. I wasn't as drunk as SOME PEOPLE." He joked, glaring at the other boys.
"Well, everyone, let's go on it. My friends are already here."
They followed me in as I led them to the living room where the girls were.
kennedy's pov
Liana walked into the living room, with the Aussie boys right behind her. She got sidetracked in the kitchen by having to talk to her sister, but the boys continued coming into the room.
"Hey guys. Why don't we introduce ourselves while Liana takes care of her family matters. I'm Ashton. What are your names? Sorry if I have classes with any of you. I'm just not very good with names." He started.
"Hi, I'm Katrina, but everyone calls me Trina." Trina said with a smile. I was surprised that she was the first one of us to introduce herself. I thought she didn't even like these boys.
Michael was looking at me as Ashton and Trina were speaking, but now he was walking towards where I was sitting. "And who's this cutie?" He asked. My eyes widened. Guys rarely talked to me, let alone flirted with or complimented me.
"Well, you would've found out if you waited like a minute. We were all just introducing ourselves, you know." Calum sassed.
"I'm Kennedy." I said to everyone, but smiling at Michael as I began. "Everyone calls me something different though; Kennedy, Kenn, Kenna, Kenz, Kenzy. I don't really care what you call me." I continued with a shrug.
"I'm Michael. Michael Clifford." He said with a slight smirk as he sat down next to me. I've never seen his face this close up before. His eyes were huge and a beautiful shade of green. In my opinion, green is probably the prettiest eye color.
"I know." I said, with slight mischievousness in my tone. "Well, who wouldn't know you? I do watch your band on YouTube occasionally. And you're Australian exchange students so do you really think you're not frequently talked about at school."
Michael had an expression on his face that seemed like a mix of being interested, shocked, and impressed.
"Anyways, I'm Calum in case you didn't know me." Calum interrupted.
