Riker's POV
I got over to the police station and Mick was already in a room for me to talk to him. I sat down and spoke.
"Why did you hurt Hanaa?" I said softly.
"She cheated on me."
I was about to say something when he continued.
"With you." His voice was bitter.
"Hanaa would never do something like that!" I cried.
He banged his fist on the table. "But she DID!" he roared.
"Well why take it out on her? Why not me?" I shouted back.
"Okay I will!" he yelled.
Then he stood up and took a swing at me.
I managed to dodge it, and before he threw another punch, Officer Carlisle and a few other cops swarmed into the room and took him out.
"Thanks," I told Officer Carlisle.
"Anytime kid," she replied.
I went back to Hanaa and told her what Mick said.
"Oh no!" she cried. "I broke up with him so I could date you but he refused to believe we broke up. Until the police got involved."
She was ghostly pale now.
"Hanaa, rest," I told her.
She nodded and relaxed on the pillow. She fell asleep and it was late at night so we decided to leave.
When the family was in the waiting room, I rushed back into Hanaa's room. I kissed her forehead and spoke.
"See you tomorrow. I love you."
