Hanaa's POV
In that moment, three things happened. First, Riker kissed me deeply and passionately. Second, our guests started to applaud, and third, I became a Lynch.
After we pulled away, Riker took my hand and we walked away from the altar, people flooding in the aisle behind us. We held our hands up proudly and triumphantly. We reached the road and I gasped.
Riker's white van had its windows painted with things like 'Just Married', hearts, and 'Riker + Hanaa.' Tin cans had been tied to the back.
Riker opened the back door, helping me in. We closed the doors and popped out of the sunroof. We waved at the cheering crowd behind us as Rocky drove us to our reception.
When we turned the corner, Riker and I sat down, closing the sunroof. I rested my head on his shoulder.
"I love you," I said.
He placed his head on mine. "I love you too.
Next thing I knew, the van was stopped on the road in front of the Lynch house.
I gave Riker a puzzled look, but he just smiled and helped me out of the van.
All of a sudden Riker swept me off my feet. Literally. He had picked me up bridal style and was carrying me down the sidewalk. He turned right, away from the Lynches, and started up the path in front of the recently sold house next door.
"Riker," I asked. "What are you doing?"
He threw open the door to the house, setting me down inside the threshold.
"Why, I'm showing you our new house of course."
