A Different Kind of Devotion (R5 Fanfiction)

Hanaa's POV

I pulled back from the kiss and smiled up at Riker. I threw my arms around his neck and kissed him again.

When we pulled back we decided to go back to the car. On the way back home my phone got a notification.

"It's from instagram," I said.

I opened the instagram app and there was a picture of me and Riker, kissing the first time.

Rydel had posted it with the comment "Awwwwww <3 @rikerr5 @hanaa17"

I giggled and took a screenshot, then put it on my account.

"Love youuuuu!! @rikerr5" I commented.

When we got home Riker looked at his phone then turned to smile at me.

I put my hands up. "It was Rydel!"

Riker chuckled and kissed the top of my head.

Suddenly, we heard Rydel squeal.

"You guys are soooo cute together!"

Riker turned away from her and looked down at me.

"You do realize I love you."

"I know," I grinned. "But you could prove it a little more..."

Riker got the message. He tilted my chin up and his lips gently brushed mine.

My spine tingled and I stood on my tiptoes.

Riker pressed his lips to mine, gently but firmly at the same time.

I wrapped my arms around his neck.

Finally, we pulled back.

"You proved it," I giggled again.

"I know," he murmured.

I buried my face in his chest.

"You know I love you." This time it was my turn.

I suddenly felt a hand touch my back. It was Ellington.

"Guys," he said apologetically. "Get a room."

We both laughed.

"We're done," Riker said.

I stuck my lip out in a fake pout.

"Later," he mumbled in my ear.

My lips formed a small smile. I started to walk to the door when Riker swept me up.

He held me, bridal style, and smiled.

"What are you doing?" I asked.

"Practicing," he smiled.

I smiled back and wrapped my arms around his neck.

"What are you doing?" he smirked.

"Practicing."
