The end

...Five years later...

Areum's POV

We were having dinner all together at my house celebrating for the amazing news.

I promised to prepare the food with some help of grandma and Yoongi's mother.

"And then we add a pinch of salt" Yoongi's mom instructed. "That's it, you made it sweety" she said with her encouraging smile never leaving her lips.

I jumped when a pair of arms suddenly made their way around my waist. I turned around and my heart sped up when I realized it was Yoongi.

"You're back!" I exclaimed unable to hide my excitement and stood on my tip toes as I wrapped my arms around his neck savouring his smell that I've missed so much.

I hadn't seen him for about a week. He's been touring around the country with Namjoon.

Who would have thought! After the dancing competition that Hoseok and Taehyung won, someone contacted them asking about the composer of the songs they had been performing to. Yoongi and Namjoon showed them some more of their work and of course they loved it.

When I first listened to Yoongi rapping I fell in love with him even more. I knew his songs were amazing but I never imagined he'd be this talented.

His great teamwork with Namjoon has helped them reach the top. It took them about four years but they've become two of the most popular rappers in Korea. Their stage names? Suga and Rap Monster!

Yoongi snuggled against the curve of my neck, and I felt his warm breath caressing my skin. My legs trembled and I was glad that he was there to keep me standing.

I heard someone cough, and I remembered that we were not the only ones in the room.

'Oh God..I could hide under a rock this instant' I thought as my cheeks started burning.

Quickly, I pushed Yoongi away and covered my face.

"Yoongi! Control yourself, will you? You're embarrassing Areum" his mother scolded him.

He chuckled and raised his hands in surrender.

"I'm sorry ladies. I just couldn't help it, I've missed her so much" he said earning a smile from both granny and his mom.

"You're definitely a part of our family now, Areum. You are my future daughter in-law after all" she said.

"E-Eh?!" I stuttered in embarrassment.

Both women chuckled at my reaction.

"I know you'll make my son happy" she said.

"As for you young man, I'm sure you know what will happen if you make her sad" grandma said and they exchanged looks.

He seemed to understand what she was talking about.

"So, is everyone here?" I asked after entering the living room.

"Almost everyone" Namjoon answered. "The main person is still absent"

"I just called Hobi. He said they're on their way. Hope was being a little stubborn and it took them longer to give her a bath" Yoongi explained.

I could see Taehyung and Jungkook playing around at the corner of the room, Jimin and Hana, the two love birds, smiling at each other like idiots.

My eyes stopped at dad who was chatting with Tae's mother. They looked so good together! Maybe I should talk with Tae about this and help things up a bit. They're both still young and it would be great if they spent time together keeping each other company and why not even fall in love...
