Chapter 22

CADY AND MARCO

Marco kicked open the door of his house. His mom, watching TV, stood up.

"Marco, hi! Home so early? And who's this girl?"
"No time, mom!", Marco screamed, running up the stairs with the girl behind him. "I need to go save Star. Bye!"

Marco ran outside, clutching Star's dimensional scissors.

Cady was breathing heavily. "Do Earthlings always run this fast??!"
"No," Marco gasped, "I just run faster."

He was about to slice open a portal in the air, when Cady caught his hand in mid-air. "Let ME do it. You might transport us somewhere else."
Marco unhooked Cady's hand from his hand. "You've got it all wrong, Cady. Let the boss do it."

Marco snipped a portal open in the air, and pulled in Cady behind him.

Sorry for such a short chapter. I'm kind of running out of ideas, so.. Anyway, this story has probably the worst plot in the world, so it's fine if you don't read it; i accept my flaws, and I accept my downfall (not!). Lol.
