Chapter 9

"Luke!!!" She hollered

I heard her hollering trying to wake me up.. Nudging my side with her foot trying to be carful not to hit her cast..

"What? Yes I'm awake?"

"I have to pee really really bad!! Like NOW!!!"

I laughed getting the sleep out of my eyes as I stood up. I leaned down and carefully picked her but and carried her to the bathroom. My phone beeped in my back pocket as I was standing outside the door waiting on her. It was a text from her mom.

*hey Luke hope everything's
Okay with my baby girl..
I know she's in good hands..

I replied letting her know everything was ok.. I heard the toilet flush and her starting to hop around I'm there..  I didn't wanna make things awkward by opening the door on her until she was ready..

"Kj?" I questioned

"Will you do me a huge favor?"

"Of coarse what do you need?"

"Go into my room.. The left bottom dresser drawer has my bikinis in it.. I need to take a shower and just in case I need your help I should have one on"

I grinned and walked to her room going to her dresser. I pulled out the only matching bikini I could find and walked back to the bathroom.. Opening the door slowly she was leaning against the counter. I looked down at her and smiled.

"This is the only matching set"

"That's fine, thank you!"

"Um if you need anything give me a holler"

I walked out and closed the door.. Man this just gets harder and harder every time. I just want to wrap her up and kiss her all over and pour the passion I have for her out.. I took a deep breath and walked down the stair.. 'Calm down lil buddy' I mumbled as I readjusted my shorts.

After Luke walked out of the bathroom I texted my best friend Jess.. I figured maybe she could come help me and give Luke a little break.. I feel like the more I'm around him the more I want to show my true feelings towards him.. And I don't want to put that kind of awkwardness in our friendship..

'thank God' I mumbled.. I changed and rinsed myself off the best I could pulled my shorts back on and just left my bikini top on. Not like Luke has never seen me in one before.. I took a deep breath fixed my hair and hopped off the counter to the door.

"Luke I'm done"

"Coming"'

I stood there and waited for him to come up the stairs, he was shirtless showing off his v line and muscles.. I starred as we walked up the stairs and met me at the door..

"Um I figured you could use a little break so I called Jess to come over for the night"

"You didn't have to do that I'm fine" he's said

"Well I'm sure you're tired of carrying me by now"

"No not really"
