Batcave

The Amazon, the new Dark Knight, a fallen protégé, and the Man of Tomorrow's greatest enemy sat at a roundtable in the original Dark Knight's home base, the Batcave. The Batcave was dusty. The cave was about the size of a mansion with multiple floors. There were grey rocks on the ground everywhere with dim lighting. Everything had been cleared out, there were only computer monitors and desks in the Batcave.

Their army once was huge, consisting of dozens of superheroes, now there were only four of them, four very flawed heroes. All the heroes had either fallen to the Man in the Yellow Suit or died trying to save Earth from a different catastrophe.

The four warriors were discussing how they should, if they even can, beat the Man in the Yellow Suit. The four warriors weren't all heroes, the Man of Tomorrow's greatest enemy and the Fallen Protégé had a villainous past. Not only that, none of them were perfect. The new Dark Knight got involved with a lot of gangs and the Amazon had a past of killing her enemies. Some of them were enemies in the past too but they had to put their differences aside and fight the Man in the Yellow Suit.

"Thawne has taken over Metropolis, he's taken over every city, every country, every town in the world now." The Man of Tomorrow's Greatest Enemy stated.

The Man of Tomorrow's Greatest Enemy had a deep voice, an epic voice. At his old age of 105, he had a great build, probably because of all the Kryptonian steroids he took in the past. The Man of Tomorrow's Greatest Enemy still was mostly muscle like his younger self. However, even if he had no muscle, that would no matter due to him barely using this muscle in battle. He wore an armored suit that was able to lift monuments and protect him from nuclear blasts.

"Expect Gotham." The Amazon replied. The Amazon had a grey streak in the middle of her but other than that, she still looked younger than ever. Her voice soft voice had not changed from when she was young.

"He hasn't taken over Gotham yet but how long until he does Diana?" The Man of Tomorrow's Greatest Enemy asked with his raspy voice.

"In case any of you don't remember, Thawne wants to take over the world. He just needs to take over Gotham, the city we are currently in, to achieve that goal." The Fallen Protégé said. The Fallen Protégé was broken, he had scars all over his face from fights. His hair was dark grey and every time he spoke, he sounded like he had just gone through a war. "Thawne is probably creating a plan right now to take over Gotham. When he comes, millions will die. Gotham is the only civilized city in the world now."

"I remember when Gotham used to be the most dangerous city in the United States." The new Dark Knight said.

The new Dark Knight was the youngest person in the room. When his mentor was alive, he was younger, faster, stronger. Now, he was aged. He grew a black beard that covered sixty percent of his face that made him look a lot old but with the Batcowl on, he looked bigger than his old, younger self. The new Dark Knight was becoming much like his mentor. The brooding figure got a notification on his smartphone.

"Dammit! We need to create a plan, fast, Thawne and his army are in Manhattan." The new Dark Knight said.

"We will Terry." The Man of Tomorrow's Greatest Enemy stated. He looked at the Amazon, "Any ideas, leader?" The Man of Tomorrow's Greatest Enemy snarled.

"No but I will think of one, Lex." Diana, the Amazon replied.

"I don't think you should be our leader any more." The Fallen Protégé said in an angry manner, "Remember the Justice League? Under your leadership, they all died. Important opportunities died. You can't defeat Thawne, someone else needs to."

"Are you saying the Justice League were only opportunities, Jason?" Diana questioned the Fallen Protégé.

"Don't twist my words Diana. Under someone else's leadership, maybe the Justice League would still be alive and you know it. This didn't happen when Bruce or Clark led the League." Jason, the Fallen Protégé replied.

"Well Bruce or Clark aren't here!" Diana yelled while crying. "They died protecting this damned Earth."

"You failed us against Darkseid and Thawne. Maybe the Justice Lords weakened you, maybe you aren't so much of a Wonder Woman anymore." The Man of Tomorrow's Greatest Enemy stated supporting Jason.

Diana grabbed the Man of Tomorrow's Greatest Enemy by the neck, "I didn't see you all those years ago trying to save the world, Luthor. I saw you terrorizing it."

"Drop him, you're only proving his point Diana." Terry, the New Dark Knight stated while standing in front of a computer monitor. Diana dropped Lex Luthor, the Man of Tomorrow's Greatest Enemy, agreeing with Terry. "I got a Singularity Alert. I hacked the security cameras near by the wormhole. The black hole opened up in Blüdhaven, it dropped something off, a red suited man. He was wearing a Flash suit, looked pretty beat up."

"We should investigate." Jason stated. Jason put on a black bullet proof vest and a red mask that covered his head. "It seems like a Flash is back from the dead."

"Or it could be a trap the Thawne set for us." Luthor replied. "We can't approach him blind."

"But it could be Barry or Wally." Diana said. "We need to investigate this."

"I'm not saying we don't. It's just we can't go in blind." Luthor said.

"There's buildings that aren't being patrolled near by the singularity. However, go in with stealth mode on, Regime Soldiers can see you from other buildings. Hurry, if this isn't a trick, this Flash is in trouble." Terry stated, "I recommend Diana and Jason going, they're the swiftest out of all of us."

Diana put on black Amazonian armor that covered her whole body. The only skin that was showing was on her face. This was unlike her old costumes, her old costumes allowed her to move around quicker due to the lack of weight in her clothing. However, new time calls for new costumes.
