Fortress of Solitude

Thawne was waiting for the Time Pirates to arrive. It had been nearly a day since they had dropped off Iris. While waiting for the Time Pirates, Thawne saw Barry run in the room and take Iris away. Thawne knew that Barry had just killed his friends. Barry stood in front of Thawne who was just checking his watch.

"Face me!" Barry commanded.

"Didn't I just beat your ass?" Thawne asked, "It wouldn't be smart to do that."

Barry ran up to Thawne and punched him in the face. Barry kept punching Thawne in the face multiple times. Thawne's face started bleeding but Barry kept punching. "You son of a bitch! I'm going to kill you!"

"You can't kill me." Thawne replied while being punched, "I'm a paradox. I will always be alive in some point in time, manipulating it."

Thawne was done being punched and kneed Barry in the stomach when he didn't notice. Thawne got up while Barry was on the ground and kicked him in the chest. Suddenly a portal opened up behind Thawne and Barry. It was Thawne's Time Pirates. Thawne backed up and walked towards his Time Pirates.

"I win Barry Allen, I always win. It's my destiny to beat you and it's your destiny to lose to me." Thawne stated.

"Why won't you kill me." Barry said while spitting blood out of his mouth.

"I want you to live the rest of your life knowing you killed and betrayed your friends. I want to to know that you broke your moral code and that you were selfish. Living with that for the rest of your life, knowing that you were just as bad as the villains you fight, is a greater punishment than death." Thawne told Barry. Thawne had swung his arm at super speed and lighting traveled out of it and hit Barry. Barry felt faster now. Thawne had given Barry his speed. Thawne walked in the portal with the Time Pirates, "Goodbye Barry. This will be the last time we meet."
