Chapter 5

Somehow, May had fallen asleep after the incident during the night. When she woke up, there was cereal with orange juice next to her bed on the nightstand. Ken was watching her this time instead of Leo. She eats small bites of the cereal and drinks the milk from it. She doesn't touch the orange juice. He has questioning expression but he takes what she didn't eat away without asking.

May's head starts pounding and she remembers what the person whispered in her ear last night.

"Ken, wait."

"What?" He sounds pissed and he is hissing so she knows his fangs are out.

"Can I ask you a question?"

"I don't care."

"What does nae danji nae dangsin-iiss-eo mean?" She sees him tense.

"Who said that to you?" He growls, whirling and grabbing her arms, "Was it Leo?"

"No, I don't know," she answers apologetically, "Somebody came in last night and said that to me."

"Did he bite you?!" Ken yells, shaking her.

Without waiting for her answer he grabs her shoulder and head and pushes them apart. She breaths heavily. He traces his fingers over her collarbone and stops when he feels the little raised marks on her skin. He freezes and stares at her face, his was horrified.

"Ken, what does that mean?" She whispers, somehow already knowing the answer.

"It means you're mine and only mine," he answers, his fangs gone, "Those are the words one says when one claims a mate. It is supposed to protect you from other male vampires. But that won't happen until he truly claims you..." Ken stops as if he said too much.

He grabs her and suddenly they're downstairs in what looks like the game room; there is a pool table, darts, a skeeball machine, and other assorted games. All the boys, excluding N, were there. They stare.

"Yeogiseo N-i hyeong-ida," Ken asks, showing them her collarbone. Leo is the first one over to her, looking at the little raised marks.

"She's been Claimed?" Ravi says in English. The boys question him in Korean.

"We might've kidnapped her and intended to kill her after we got used to her scent. But now that she's been Claimed, she deserves to know what's going to happen," Ravi turns to her, "Someone Claimed you as their mate. That gives only him the right to feed off you. He can share if he wants, but we don't even know who 'he' is, there are too many scents on you right now. You are still our prisoner, unless by some random chance the person to Claim you was not one of us, although that's doubtful."

N chooses that moment to walk in with a bed head, "What's going on?" He asks sleepily.

"I didn't know vampires could sleep," May mutters and Ken cuffs her lightly.

To them it probably looked harder, but she could hear him snickering at her rude tone. Ravi goes over and cuffs Ken on the ear, then yanks May away from him. He then shows N the marks on her neck. N traces them, then smells them. She sees him frown and he licks it, ignoring her flinching away.

"The mark, it smells and tastes like me," he says in a confused voice, "But I was in my room all night."

"Maybe it's just because she's wearing your shirt," Hongbin suggests.

"The teeth marks have my print too," N comments.

"Like a finger print?" May asks raspilly, her voice went out due to her bruised throat. Ravi puts his hand over her mouth to silence her.

"She sure is loud for a girl who has a bruised neck and should be trembling in fear because she's been kidnapped and Claim marked by a vampire," Hyuk comments in Korean.

"Tell me about it," Ken adds, "But without her talking, we might've not found out about N-hyung Claiming her."

"I didn't Claim her!" N interrupts, "I don't know why it smells like me or tastes like me or why it has my fangs print. But I didn't Claim her!"

"I believe you," Leo replies.

"Could it be her again?"

The boys are quiet in fear at Leo's suggestion. Ravi even loosens his grip on May and she tries to squirm away, only to get yanked back and pressed against Ravi's chest. N growls at him and grabs her arm and pulls her to himself. His eyes were red. He nuzzles her neck, her eyes widen in fear and she tries to pull away. He pulls her back and licks her neck. Then he shoves her to the ground. She lands hard. He looks panicked.

"Looks like she might very well be," Hongbin whispers leaning down to lift May up. Her hands were carpet burned.

"Take her up to her room," Leo orders Hongbin. Hongbin takes her upstairs and locks her in.

When he goes back downstairs, the boys are all in full hunter defense mode. He sees why, in the middle of the game room there was beautiful girl. She was pale, had dirty blonde hair, brown eyes, semi-full pinkish-red lips, and wearing a black dress. She smiles when Hongbin enters the room and he is thrown like a rag doll into the wall. He hits it with a thud.

"Did you miss me?" She asks, wearing an evil smile.

"Not at all," Leo snarls.

She smiles, "Does that girl smell good? Familiar by any chance?"

"Yes," Hyuk answers also in a snarl, "What do you know?"

"All in due time Oppa." The girl says cutely, then laughs evilly. She disappears.

"Well that answers that question," Ken says after she's gone, "Hey, where's N-hyung?"

She is sleeping on her stomach, her back is sore. She feels his cold fingers on her neck and wakes up. She turns around and sees red eyes. She tries to sit up, but he shoves her back on the bed. He crawls on top of her and licks her neck. She bites back a moan as he nips her ears. She comes to her senses and tries to push him off, but he pins her down.

She continues to struggle whilst he does a combination of kissing, licking, and biting her neck. She knees him where it hurts and he falls off of her onto the floor, dragging her down on top of him. He takes her wrists and tried to pull her down for a kiss but she scratches his face. He snarls and rolls so she's underneath. He flies into the wall and is knocked back to himself. He looks at her, she's on her feet, her eyes glowing gold and black again. He scrambles up and out the door. She passes out.
