-week later-

once again you haven't seen Izaya for more than a week. His sisters told you that he is recovering fine, when you met them in the tea bar. Your schedule was full, refocusing on business instead, since it seemed like he is once again ignoring you.

"hey [f/n]!" On your pleasant surprise there's Kida.

"Kida haven't seen you for a while" noticing Mikado next to him

"aren't you Mikado?"

"yes" he answers awkwardly.

"it's a shame that we met in such unpleasant situation before"

"indeed"

"but I'm looking towards to get in better relations" you givr him a friendly smile.

"ye me too" it seems like you'll be fine with each other.

"I heard what happened last week" says Mikado.

"too bad he hasn't died" Kida saxs with careless expression.

"Izaya saved my life. and I'm grateful for that"

"it must be one of his tricks" Kida still doubts in his despise.

"you never know" Mikado smiles.

"stay away from him" Kida professionally gives an advice.

"I agree you should stay away from him" adds Shizuo approaching, having a cigarette in his mouth.

"Oh hei" your hands wrap around him. He gets confused, still not being used to it. He only glances away, little embarrassed.

"And I won't get a hug?" Kida utters.

"you'll get one from me" Saki embraces him, which just joined with a girl by her side.

"This is Anri" Mikado introduces her to you.

"well our girls came so we'll be going" they are probably going on a date or something like that?

"Bye, see ya soon!~" as they leave, leaving you alone with Shizuo.

"to bad you couldn't make it last week" Shizuo continues.

"ye~ there were some things that must've been done"

"I guess. Anyway want to grab something to eat?"

"sure, but first I have to do something, it will take only 10 minutes"

"that's fine, I'll accompany you"

you're getting closer to your storage, which is placed in fine looking building blending with surrounding.

huh?!

what is this?! there's a noise coming out from your place. From distance you peek noticing some suspicious men entering the place. Quickly you call Jean, requiring a backup.

how did they found out about this place?

"seems like trouble" Shizuo notes already walking to the building.

"hei! wait! it's not safe! they have guns!" loudly whispering, trying to stop him.

it's risky! He enters the place not giving a single damn. All you can do is to pull guns out, following him into the building. The guest room is empty but messed up, noiselessly moving to private room, which have door slightly open.

"wait" preventing Shizuo from entering the room. Both of you closely listen to conversation.

"well? where is it!?"  the man is yelling on Alex which is lying on the floor beated up.

"you'll regret this" Alex sharply hisses.

only two?

something doesn't seems right

"we aren't scared of some dumb hoe" man says laughing.

"that data broker fooled her so badly!" that takes your attention.

what has Izaya to do with all of this?

"this sadistic bitch! what she have done to our comrade is sick" one of men kicks your man.

"That's what you get when you hurt our people" Alex mocks with slight smile

"you won't find it funny when you'll end up dead, because of what you have done in the past"

In the past?

"all of you won't know what hit you"

"he didn't know what hit him" Shizuo says careless, which just hit a man unconscious. The other one surrendered since he's on your trigger.

"glad to see you" Alex says in his relief.

"are there any other?" making sure that there aren't any more people.

"there were some more, they must be upstairs"

"get them!" screams echoe.

At next moment cars drove in hurry, making a lot of noise.

"Alex! Alex! where is Alex?!" Jean carefully enters the room.

"oh you're fine" he says in relief.

"we got two of them" you help Alex to get up on sofa.

"other escaped" adds Nick which joined.

"clear the place and move out. We don't want a visit from the police"

"And take this two, make sure they tell every single detail that they know. We need to know how is this connected with our past"

"understood" Nick calls a few guys, which take prisoners with them.

"What were they searching for?" you start to clean Alex wounds

"They wanted a key...They mentioned a bank box?"

How!?

Who!? someone from the past?!

This is bad!  

"Jean get Orihara" he gives you questionable look.

Nobody knew about bank box!  

"bring him at lonely building" Jean notices scowl expression so he rather saves questions for later.

"Now?" 

"Yes! Now! Now!" You start to get nervous, barely controlling your confusion mixed with panic. 

"we'll get him" he leaves with some men.

"I'm sorry Shizuo, but I need to do something today"

"I can help you with that" he understood what you're about to do.

"I need to do it alone"...
