•---Liam---•

"LEILA! WAKE UP! LEILA!" I try desperately to wake her up, but as usual nothing works. I sigh, frustrated at the one mystery I can't solve. Why does this keep happening to my little sister? It just doesn't make sense. I start feeling guilty on how harsh I was to her earlier. She was more than prepared to take on anything and anyone. I'd always admired that about her. She had more spirit and smarts than anyone I'd ever met.

"Water Josh, water!" Bella cries.

"It's no use. It won't work. It never does. You know that." Josh states, looking at Leila intently. I glance at him with a small glare in my eyes. I'd known he fancied my sister since I met him. With his dirty blond hair that swept up, and those blue green eyes, I was surprised my sister had no interest. Surprised, but happy. She was too good for anyone. I ran a finger through my brown hair that matched Leila's. It's something I did when I was frustrated. I heard footsteps dragging, and I looked up to see that Bella had brought back water anyway, though she knew Josh was right. She came walking along, her bright blue eyes searching Leila's face. Her long straight blond hair was pulled into a ponytail which was bouncing behind her.

"Liam! Splash this on her!" She cried. I glanced up and gave her the look I was famous for. I could feel my brown eyes glaring at her as I said,
"It's no use and you know it. She won't wake up from that. We just have to wait."

And wait we did.
