"Take a deep breath Atarah." Hank instructed. "We don't need you passing out at the alter or in here for that matter."

"I feel like I'm making a mistake Hank." You paced back and forth, Hank holding up your dress making sure you didn't trip on it.

"Do you love him?" He asked.

You stopped to look at him, "Yes Hank I do. I love him a lot."

"Well then it isn't a mistake. I know you don't love him like you love Erik but Erik is gone and you have to move on. Now's your chance to be happy with someone who would never hurt you."

You smiled "I hate that you're always right."
Just then there was a knock at the door causing you to jump, Hank placed a hand on your shoulder to calm you down.

"Come in."  You granted and the door opened.

It was Charles, and he was walking.

Your jaw hit the ground in awe.

"Charles." You walked up to him and placed a hand on his cheek. "You're walking."

He smiled,"Well I couldn't very well walk you down the isle in a wheelchair now could I?"
You kissed his cheek,"You took the serum for me?"

He nodded,"You're worth it."

You turned to Hank,"Did you know?"

He grinned,"He told me not to tell you."

Your eyes watered."You guys are the best. I've never had friends before, and I don't think any friends I could've had would be as terrific as you." You smiled and hugged them both. "I love you guys."

"We love you too." They said simultaneously.

You sat in the nearest chair stagnant trying not to cry.
Charles bent down to your level, "Atarah. Please tell me you aren't thinking about Erik again."

You shook your head.

" I was just thinking of what it would be like to have my dad here. I just miss him so much."

"I understand. I'm sure he would've wanted nothing more than to be here for you. He's looking down smiling."

"He always talked about how he'd tell embarrassing stories of me during his toast and we would dance down the aisle and I just wish we could've done it."

Charles smiled, "I'll dance with you down the aisle. I haven't got much rhythm but I'm sure I can cook something up." He winked causing you to laugh.

"I'd love to."

He took your hand and helped you out of the chair when Raven entered the room.

"They're ready for the groomsmen Hank you better get going-" her jaw dropped as she saw you. "Good lord Atarah. Alex is gonna freak. You look absolutely stunning."

"Doesn't she?" Charles added.

You became flustered,"thanks you guys."

"Are you ready?" She asked.

"As ready as I'll ever be."

You all walked out of the room as the procession started.

Hank joined Alex at the alter and then Sean, then his brother Scott and one of Alex's other friends.

Then Raven went up as well Jean and Luci and Lynda.

You couldn't help shake this bad feeling. Something didn't feel right but you just passed the feeling off as nerves.

Charles took your arm," let's do this Mrs. Summers."

You smiled at the thought.

Atarah Summers had a nice ring to it.

The doors opened and you took a deep breath.

A more upbeat untraditional wedding march played and you and Charles danced like fools down the aisle.

Alex had the widest smile possible. It looked borderline painful. Your smile was similar to his.

Alex looked more handsome than ever it was like he wasn't even real. He looked godlike standing at that alter in a fitted black suit.
Man I'm lucky. You thought to yourself.

Charles happily gave you away and Alex took your hand and kissed it and the Ceremony began.

"Dearly beloved we are gathered here today..." The pastor droned on following the order of the ceremony and charging me and Alex with our duties. "It is to my knowledge that the couple has prepared their own vows so we are going to start with the groom Alex Summers."

Alex smiled and let go of your hands to pull a paper out of his pocket. He cleared his throat before beginning," Atarah, ever since I first saw you that  time in Charles house I knew I wanted you. You looked radiant and golden, I was blinded by your beauty. Then I got to talk to you and I got to see what a beautiful mind and soul you have. I had to have you. I wanted to make you happy. I wanted to make you smile and I want to do that for the rest of my life. I want nothing else to make you happy. Being your husband will give me the greatest pleasure I will ever know."

Tears spilled from your eyes at his heartbreaking words.

Raven handed you your vows and you took a deep breath to read them.
"Alex, the first day I met you will be one I'll never forget. You wowed me in a way I didn't even think was possible. You made sure everything was perfect for out first date and I was truly touched by your heart and mind. You're kind, smart, funny, loving and let's not forget incredibly handsome. I mean just look at that jawline." The crowd laughed," asking me to be your wife has made me happy beyond words and this moment has made me even happier than that. I can't wait to venture into a life with you."

"Alex Summers do you take Atarah Kennedy as your lawfully wedded wife?"

"I do." He smiled wider than before.

"Atarah Kennedy do you take Alex Summers as your lawfully wedded husband?"

"I-" your vision changed instantly.

You were in a warehouse but still in your body.

It was dark and cold.

You looked around and you saw Erik tied to the rafter above. He had rope around his wrists as he lightly dangled above the ground.

"Erik." You whispered in shock.

His head snapped up, "Atarah. Help me."

Forgive me if this chapter is a bit strange I have absolutely no idea how a wedding goes. I hope you like it otherwise! Have a great day lovelies.
