When Char woke up again, she remembered the place and position she was in.

"Thank you, sir," she said loud enough for the prisoner next door to hear.

"I am happy that I could be of some help. I hope you are feeling better now," The man alleged.

"Yes, sir. May I know how you got in here?" Char questioned.

"I used to work in the machine manufacturing department. That was when I came to know about an interesting thing called music. It was common on Earth but on Styx, it is a bane. Music was hidden in a secret place. An old man told me the place. But before I could get a grip on music I was eliminated from service, thus I ended up here, accused of the crime of practicing and propagating music. Your friend Plethora was one of the three youngsters who knew about the Music Halls other than me after the death of the gentleman. Plethora and the others: Heath and Mill helped me survive. They sought the help of the League Of the Earth. They are now providing us supplies. Many of the League Of the Earth members occupy top positions in the Colony, therefore they made it possible for them to steal supplies and give it to us. They will help us to get out of here too. You know Den, don't you? He got out of the jail by their help. We will make it to freedom one day. Just do not give up hope," the man encouraged Char.

"What does music mean? Is it a weapon?" Char guessed.

"Music, oh dear it's hard to explain. It is a physical expression of emotions that make you feel. And yes it is a weapon. It is our weapon against the oppressive Castle reign. It is our strongest weapon, but it cannot be seen or touched, only experienced. It is our symbol and weapon of freedom. It will bring it to us," The man's words implied towards music's secrecy and the way it jeopardized the Castle's security.

"Sir, I do not understand but I have a feeling that you are saying the right thing. The tapping of the foot was music, wasn't it?" Char mentioned the tapping that she heard before.

"Yes, dear. It surely is. Freedom will come to us through Earth," the man sighed aloud.

Char kept silent, even though she did not know what freedom meant, but she found it mesmerizing. It was like a better tomorrow...
