"No. I will stay." Dulcet replied without removing his eyes off Zephyr. "Only until you are asleep."

"Okay." Char agreed. Dulcet sat near the chair and indicated Char to come to him. Char sat between his legs on the floor and rest her head on his chest while his chin was placed on her shoulder. She slowly drifted to sleep listening to his heartbeat and soft breathes as if they were lullaby to her ears.

Zephyr watched them but not too long because the strange pull of heartstrings made him turn his eyes from them. He got back to his original position, in the chair with hands holding his head. He was angry about unknown reason, disappointed at Char and sad. He had no idea why he was feeling so strange, but he knew that he had an urge to tear Dulcet's head off for holding Char. He kicked the thoughts considering the fact that he only met her hours ago. Finally Char was asleep on Dulcet's chest. He got up to leave but not before getting on Zephyr's nerve.

"I KNOW YOU WERE RESPONSIBLE. Cause her any harm again and you will be dead." Dulcet growled at Zephyr. They were only inches away and both were shooting glares at each other. Zephyr rose from the seat. He noticed that he was taller than Dulcet by an inch and that made him happy.

"I did nothing to harm her. It would be better if you stay away from Char. She is a good person unlike you. So stay away." Zephyr barked.

Storming battle flaunted between the two as they started throwing warnings at each other. But they had to stop when Char groaned in sleep and they noticed they were too loud for a sleeping person. So Dulcet went out of the room, almost silently.

Zephyr sat on his chair and leaned on to the table. He had forty winks, unknowingly, thinking about Char.

"Can I use the computer?"
