"Can I use the computer?"For some reason, that was the first thing Char said to Zephyr the next morning.
"Sure. But it isn't mine." Zephyr replied, still confused about what she had said.
Char took the seat that Zephyr had occupied until a moment ago. She turned on the computer and connected her android to the hardware. The system was advanced better than her android's initial hardware back in the Castle. She had to gather some information, data, evidence about the existence and subsistence of the long lost Earth. It will be sufficient to let the people know about the real face of the Castle and whoever was doing all the wrong things.
"What are you doing?" Zephyr asked curiously as he watched her rampage through different folders in the computer system.
"Nothing much. Just gather some data." Char said without minding to look at him. Even after searching through the files, she could not find the information she was after.
"It is not in there." Char jumped from her seat when she heard the sound of a lady from the door. She was so lost in the ocean of data that had not noticed that Salient had came to the room. Zephyr went to his mother.
"You frightened us, mother. Please do not repeat it." He breathed out. His mother chuckled at his son's behavior.
"Ma'am, what do you mean by 'it is not in there'? Where is it, then?" Char frowned.
"It is not safe to keep those data in here. It is never in here. It is all in the Castle." Char was mesmerized. How could they hide such vital information in the Castle?
