Chapter 23

I woke up to the sound of someone climbing up the tree house.I opened my eyes and saw Liam.

"Hey." he said softly.

"Hey. How'd you find me?"

"There are only so many places you can go. Plus I had a vision of you running in here, but I didn't know why. Now I do."

"Oh." I said while brushing my hair out of my face.

"What is that?!" Liam yelled.

"What's what?"

I touched the spot where Niall hit me and I winced. Did he really hit me that hard?

"Did he hit you?! I'm gonna kill him!" Liam said standing up.

"NO! Don't! Please! Just stay." I said stopping him.

He sighed and sat down.

"Did you mean what you said? Do you really hate him?" Liam asked.

"Of course not. I can't not love him. It will take a long time for me to fully trust him again. But I'm sure he didn't mean it though."

Then I heard someone climbing up the ladder. Harry popped up and smiled at me.

"Hey Rosie. You ok?" Harry asked.

I turned toward him and he gasped.

"He hit you?!" Harry yelled angrily.

He ran off, and me and Liam looked at each other in panic. We quickly jumped up and ran after him.

"No! Harry! Don't!" I screamed.

We ran inside as soon as Harry was drawing back his fist. We were to late, Harry's fist connected with Niall's face. I ran over to Harry and tried to pull him away, but he just pushed me away. I stumbled and fell through a glass table. Glass shards sank deep into my skin. I screamed out in pain and my eyes started to water. I watched as blood quickly stained my shirt and formed a puddle around me. Liam finally got Harry off of Niall and he quickly ran to me. Liam looked at my arm and back. He took my shirt off and started pulling out shard after shard.

"She's loosing to much blood!" Liam said.

"Rosie drink my venom!" Niall said panicking.

I was to weak and shocked to think or move. Liam yanked the charm bracelet off of my arm, and yanked the cork off the bottle. He poured the liquid down my throat. Then I closed my eyes, I heard my heart slow down and the boys screaming my name, but no matter how much I wanted to I couldn't open my eyes. I felt my body grow cold. What's happening? What did I just do? How did I even get here? Then it all rushed back. How Darrel took me here. Niall taking me outside. Meeting all of the boys. Fighting with Damian. All the times I got bitten. Finding the tree house. Niall calling me a slut. When I told Niall I hated him. Seeing how worried Niall was. Then my eyes popped open and I gasped for air. I felt powerful, like I could smash a boulder and not hurt myself. I was in a room, Niall's room to be exact. I sat up and walked over to the mirror. I was wearing short shorts and an oversized sweat shirt. I looked at my legs. Wow! I lost weight! Cool! I opened the door slowly and listened.

"What if she never wakes up?" Niall said freaking out.

"Maybe this never would've happened if you didn't hit her!" Harry said.

"Hey! You're the one that pushed her!" Niall yelled.

"Will you guys shut up!" Ryan said.

"Don't worry guys she'll wake up. It takes a while for the venom to complete its route in her body." Louis said.

"Three days long!" Damian said.

"Well she was pretty close to dying." Liam said.

I slowly walked down the stairs. Once I got in the living room, everyone looked at me. It was quiet for a long time. Then they all came toward me and pulled me into a group hug.

"We almost lost you Rosie." Harry said.

Then we all pulled away. I smiled.

"How do you feel Rosie?" Liam asked.

"Great. I'm not tired or anything!" I said.

"Damn Girl! Immortality looks great on you!" Damian said eyeing me up and down. 

I rolled my eyes and punched his arm. He grabbed his arm and tried to play it off.

"Now lets see if you're a golden vampire." Louis said.

I nodded and followed Liam into a room. He got out a needle and drew some blood. He put it in this machine that was hooked up to his computer.

"Ok Rosie. You are a..................."
