Ch62: love is in the forest part 2

"Stay put" raiyna ordered lily backing her up against a tree. She jabbed her finger in the girls chest to make sure she got the point.

"W-what? B-but Raiyna the rules c-clearly s-state t-that...." Lily trailed weakly her blue eyes widening.

"They already bent the rules for us once freaky. It's safe to say they'll do it again" shiniko sneered.

Lily bit her bottom lip harshly as tears gathered in her blue eyes. She blinked rapidly forcing them to clear. Yesterday had been the greatest day of her life. Hinata had been so kind. Shikamaru actually gave her a chance to finish a sentence and she had actually been noticed, complimented, and admired for her brilliance. Also nobody was mean. But she guessed she would probably never have a day like that again. It was back to reality. Back to these bullies.

"Now stay here. We'll be back for you. Not. Please lily try to get eaten. It would make the world a better place" raiyna said pushing the girl back down.

"What did i ever do to you?" Lily asked once again. Why? Why? Why? Why did they hate her? Why were they so shallow? Why so mean? Was this really how it all ends? Raiyna snarled and slapped her across the face.

"I don't recall asking trash like you to speak" raiyna hissed. Lily frowned at that. She honestly didn't understand. They were from the same clan. She was even higher than them in terms of social standing. Was it because she always tried to avoid confrontation? She honestly didn't understand how Raiyna and Shiniko could be so two faced. They were always nice to her when her parents and older sister were around but when the adults all went away this happened.

"In fact maybe we should do something about that little voice of yours" shiniko laughed as she passed raiyna a kunai.

"Ooh good idea. Now i won't have to listen to that annoying whimpering." Raiyna smirked as she wrapped her hand around the girls throat. She choked lily against the tree. She aimed the kunai with her free hand at the kuinochi's mouth. But she was ripped harshly back by her neck. Someones fingers bruising the skin there as the kunai went clattering to the ground. Raiyna's eyes widened and she gaped like a fish as her own air supply was cut off. Sasuke was behind her choking her until she passed out. He was careful to leave her alive so lily could qualify. Only reason he left her alive was because of that.

Sakura was tending to lily's throat injuries as Naruto dealt with shiniko and her centipede summons. The blonde Jinsè had summoned her worm like insects. Naruto sighed and threw one raesenshuriken that shredded everysingle one. He then knocked shiniko out. It was a quick and easy task for the future seventh Hokage to be. Sakura finished healing Lily and backed up.

"T-thank you" lily said through her tears.

"It's okay."sasuke murmured as he helped her off the ground and held her to his chest.

Sasuke wrapped his arms around lily as she sobbed into his chest. Naruto and Sakura tip toed off to give them some privacy as Naruto left the seal with his anbu captain to apply.

"It's okay...it's alright. I'm here now. Your safe. Your always safe when i'm around" Sasuke whispered kissing her forehead.

"They h-hate m-me.....w-why do t-they h-hate m-me!?" She sobbed clinging harder to Sasuke's shirt.

"Shhh....lils they're just jealous of you" Sasuke assured his fingers running through lily's short brown hair.

"your beautiful, smart, kind, trustworthy, loyal, cute....i could go on all day if you asked me to.(if it's just the two of them. He has to keep up his badboy uchiha image)" Sasuke said as lily pulled back slightly to gaze into his charcoal eyes.
