Chapter 20. Saying Goodbye

(Y/n) POV

After our date, Luffy and I walked around the island. I was still embarrassed about Ace seeing me and Luffy during our date.

I noticed it getting dark out. "Luffy, we need to get back to the ship, it's getting dark out."

"Aww but (Y/n)! I wanna explore more!!" He whined like a little kid.

I giggled, I always laughed when he acted like a little kid. "Luffy we have to go! It's late!"

"But I don't wanna!!"

I grabbed his hand and started to pull him. "Come on. It's time to-" I look back and saw that I hadn't been pulling him with me, his arm was stretching. I let go of his hand, sending it flying back to him. "Luffy. If you don't come now, then I'll make sure Sanji doesn't give you any meat."

"What!? (Y/n)!! You wouldn't really do that right!?" He yelled.

"Oh yes I will." I said.

His eyes grew huge and he ran towards the ship. As he passed me he quickly swept me off my feet and carried me bridal style and continued running towards the ship. "I can walk you know!" I shouted, but by that time we were already at the ship.

He set me down. "SANJIII!!! MEAT!!!" He yelled.

"I swear you could control him as long as you had meat." I mumbled.

"I hope I didn't embarrass you too bad earlier."

I turned to see Ace who had a huge smile plastered on his face. "Oh yes. You seem very sorry." I said sarcastically.

He laughed. "You guys are cute together. I've never seen him like that, I didn't know he was like that."

I giggled. "I'm still getting used to it myself."

"Take good care of him for me."

"Are you leaving soon?"

He nodded his head and smiled. "I'm afraid I have to. I need to get back to the old man."

"We're gonna miss you. I know Luffy will definitely miss you the most. He loves it when he gets to see you."

He wrapped me in a friendly hug. "I know, I'll miss him too. But that's what your for, your here to keep him happy while I'm gone."

"Ha. Yeah, but I don't think I can replace you. Your his brother, that's a different kind of love."

He laughed and let go of me. "Yeah I guess your right."

"Oi!" We looked to see Luffy waving at us. "Are you guys gonna come in?"

We walked up to Luffy. I smiled when he wrapped his arms around me.

Ace smiled. "It's time I go Luffy. It's been nice seeing you again, but I really need to get going."

Luffy smiled. "Ok, I'll see you again sometime!!"

"Of course! We'll run into each other again." He paused and laughed. "Next time I see you, I better be an uncle, go it Luffy?"

My face turned bright red. "Ace!!" I shouted at him.

"An uncle?" Luffy said.

Ace laughed harder. "That means that next time I see you, (Y/n) better be pregnant."

My blush grew.

Luffy tilted his head in confusion. "What does pregnant mean?"

Ace and I both sweatdropped. "Of course." I muttered.

Ace smiled. "Don't worry! (Y/n) will tell you!"

"Oh no I won't!" I shouted.

"Fine then! He can ask one of the crew members!" Ace said laughing at my embarrassment and Luffy's confusion.

"Ok! I'll do that!" Luffy said.

"No! Don't!" I yelled but he ran off before I could stop him. I turned and glared at Ace. "Dammit Ace!! Look what you did! I am not doing that with him. If you haven't noticed, he is the most innocent person alive!!"

Ace just laughed. "Well then, I guess it's time that changes!"

I continued giving him the death glare. "I thought you were leaving."

"I am, I just had to mess with you one last time first! Can't wait to be an uncle!" He turned around and waved before running off.

It's probably a good thing that he ran because I was about to throw something at him.

I sighed and walked into the kitchen to see Luffy with a very curious face, Sanji passed out with a heartbroken look, Nami looked excited, Usopp and Zoro both looked to shocked to move, Chopper was running around yelling "We need a doctor!" While Robin just sat in the corner and giggled.

Robin was the only one who had noticed my entrance. She walked up to me. "Congratulations (y/n)-san! I'm very happy for you and Captain-san! Everyone is shocked."

"(Y/n)!!" Nami ran at me and tackled me in a hug. "I can't believe it!!"

I looked at them both confused. "What are you guys talking about?"

Nami jumped up and down. "Don't act stupid (Y/n)! Luffy wouldn't ask what pregnant means for nothing!"

"W-What! N-No! Ace told Luffy that he wanted to be an uncle and Luffy didn't understand, so Ace told him to ask you guys what pregnant means! I tried to stop him but I couldn't! I swear, I'm not pregnant!"

Nami gave me a sort of disappointed look. "Oh, I was really excited and happy!!"

"I'm sorry! But I'm not pregnant and theres no way I could be." I said.

"Well, I agree with Ace, you should be." Nami said, she laughed when she saw my blush. "Oh Sanji-Kun!" She yelled, Sanji instantly next to her.

"Yes Nami-swan!" He said with heart eyes.

"(Y/n) isn't pregnant. So I want you to do something for me, please explain to Luffy not just what pregnant means, but how to get (Y/n) pregnant." Nami said.

"W-What!? No! Sanji don't!" I yelled.

Nami covered my mouth and held me down. "Please Sanji-Kun! Won't you talk with Luffy?" Nami said.

"Hai Nami-Swan!" Sanji said and he went to go talk to Luffy.

I glared at Nami. "I swear. I'm going to kill both you and Ace."

Nami just laughed. "Sure you are!"
