Chapter 26. Telling The Crew

(Y/n) POV

"I can't wait to tell the crew!" Luffy said with a big smile.

"I wonder what there gonna think." I muttered to myself. "Luffy, we shouldn't just run out there and yell it to the crew." I said.

He gave me a curious look. "Why?"

"Well, this is a big thing. I know they'll all be happy but it still is something we should calmly tell them all together."

"But didn't they all want this?"

"Well yes, but still. Luffy please just don't tell them yet... They'll ask a lot of embarrassing questions."

"Like what?"

"Never mind. Just, let me tell them."

"Tell them today at least!!! I wanna get everything ready for it!!"

I giggled. "Luffy calm down, it takes 9 months."

He pouted. "Can't you make it go faster."

"Sadly that's not how it works." I said kissing his cheek. "Why don't we go back to our room so I can lay down in there instead if here in the bathroom."

"Ok!" He began to pick me up.

"Luffy. I can walk ya know."

"I know! But we gotta take care of the baby which means you need to take it easy right!"

"That doesn't mean I can't walk. Put me down."

He shook his head."Nope! Your going to relax as much as possible. So that means I'll carry you all the time! And don't argue because its Captains orders!"

I stuck my tongue out at him. "You abuse your power a lot."

He just smiled and carried me out of the bathroom and towards our room.

"(Y/n), are you ok? I saw you run to the bathroom then Luffy got Chopper!"

I turned my head to see Zoro behind us.

"Oh yeah I'm fine. I just uh didn't feel to good earlier. But I'm fine now."

Luffy began to open his mouth but I gave him a glare stopping him before he said a word.

"Ok, well are you feeling good enough to eat, lunch is ready." Zoro said.

As soon as he said that my stomach growled at the sound of food. "Yes, I'm actually really hungry. Luffy let's go get food!"

Luffy smiled "Yosh! Food!"

He was about to run when he realized he was carrying me.

I giggled. "Luffy, put me down and go get food. I need to stretch my legs anyways. I'll be there in a few."

"Fine." He said. He gently set me down then ran straight for the kitchen.

I stretched my arms as high as they would go.

"So what whats wrong? Are you sick?" Zoro asked.

My face turned light pink. "W-well no... N-not exactly.."

He gave me a questioning and concerned look. "What do you mean 'not exactly'?"

I looked down. "W-well... D-don't tell anyone..." I paused. I didn't know what his reaction was gonna be. But I had to tell the crew, so why not start with my best friend right? I took a deep breath. "W-well.. I-i'm... I'm pregnant.."

Zoro was silent which sorta worried me. Then he spoke again. "I'm happy for you (y/n)" he pulled me into a hug. "I can't believe it. I'm so happy for you."

I smiled and hugged him back. "Zoro, I almost can't believe it.. I'm gonna be a mom! And Eben crazier, Luffy is gonna be a dad!!"

Zoro chuckled quietly. "I never thought I'd hear that in my entire life." He let go of me and gave me a small smile. "I'm really happy you and Luffy are together and this is happening. You guys are gonna have a lot if fun."

I smiled at him. "Your part of this too ya know!"

"What do you mean?"

"Your uncle Zoro!" I said laughing.

He smiled. "Your such a dork."

"I know!" I said. As we got to the kitchen I looked at Zoro. "So, don't tell anyone I told you. Luffy already knows and Chopper obviously knows, I mean he's the one who told me. But I just haven't told the rest of the crew yet because I'm scared of their reactions."

He put a hand in my shoulder. "Don't be nervous! There all gonna be so happy! Just tell them during lunch. While were all in the same room."

I nodded my head. "Ok, I think I'll do that."

We walked in and immediately food was flying out the door. J laughed at the crew. I honestly loved these guys. They were so funny and you never got bored on this ship that's for sure! Zoro sat down while I stood in the doorway still. He looked at me, smiled and gave a slight head nod saying I should just tell them now.

"U-um hey guys.. Can I uh talk to all of you." I said nervously.

Everyone turned and looked at me and Zoro gave a thumbs up telling me to continue.

I took a deep breath. "E-everyone... I-i
.. Well, I'm pregnant."

I looked around at everyone and they all had big smiles. Luffy jumped out of his chair and hugged me. "I thought you wanted to wait to tell them!"

"I know, but I changed my mind." I said smiling at him.

I placed a hand on my stomach and Luffy did too. We could feel the baby moving and smiled at each other.

"Our idiot captain... A father?" Sanji mumbled. "I almost can't believe it.

"Congratulations (y/n)-San and Captain-San!" Robin said smiling.

Nami jumped up and down. "really!?! Your really pregnant!?!"

I giggled and nodded my head. "Yes Nami, I'm pregnant."

"Yay!!!! I can't believe it!!" She said laughing.

"Congrats guys!" Usopp said smiling.

I smiled and wrapped my arms around Luffy. I buried my face in the crook of his neck. "I can't believe it Luffy, were parents!"

"I know." He said and kissed the top of my head making me smile.
