Chapter 35. Getting Ready

(Y/n) POV

"(Y/n)! I'm coming in!" I heard Nami yell from outside my door. She opened the door and ran at me, tackling me in a hug. "Today's the day!!!" She squealed.

I smiled brightly "I know!! I'm so happy!! I'm a little nervous.. But I'm so so happy!!"

She giggled and let go of me. "Well! Let's get you ready! Where's your dress?"

I pointed to the closet "its in there in the far back, I put it there so Luffy couldn't see it."

She smiled and grabbed the dress her eyes widened "(y/n)! Its beautiful!!!"

(Feel free to change what dress you wear, I just really liked this one)

I smiled "you like it!?"

She nodded her head "I love it!!! Its beautiful and your gonna look amazing in it!!!"

I giggled "thank you Nami. Can you go get Scarlett and bring her in here? I'll change into the dress while you do that."

Nami nodded her head and left my room. I put on my dress and looked in the mirror. I smiled and my eyes watered slightly "I can't believe I'm getting married.."

"Mommy!!!!!" Scarlett came running into my room with a bright smile. She ran and hugged me "mommy! You look so pretty!!"

I giggled and picked her up "thank you sweet heart!! Are you ready to see your dress?"

Her eyes lit up "my dress???"

I smiled and set her down and went to my closet. I pulled out a dress and showed it to her "you like it?"

She smiled brightly and ran to me "I love it!!! Its so pretty!! Do I really get to wear it mommy!?"

I giggled "of course! Put it on!! I wanna see how it looks on you!!"

She smiled brightly and put on her dress. My eyes watered slightly "oh Scarlett.. You look so beautiful."

She giggled "thanks mommy!!"

I smiled "you ready for me to do your hair?"

I sat down in a chair and she sat in front of me and I began to do her hair.

Once I finished I handed her a mirror "well? You like it?"

She smiled brightly "I love it mommy!!! Its amazing!!"

Nano came over to me and Scarlett "It looks great! Now time to do your hair (y/n). I'll hep you!"

I smiled and thanked Nami and she began to brush my hair and curl it. Once she was finished she smiled brightlt "(y/n). You look perfect."

I smiled "thank you nami!" I got up and went to my closet. "I have something for you too Nami."

Nami looked surprised "me?"

I smiled brightly and turned around.

"Do you like it?" I asked her.

She smiled brightly and pulled me into a tight hug. "You didn't have to!! Its your wedding!! Why did you get me such a nice dress?? I have things I could've worn!!"

I smiled "I had to. You help me so much, I thought I had to do SOMETHING at least!!"

She stared at the dress with a bright smile

I giggled "don't just stare at it! Go put it on!!"

She smiled brightly and left to her room to go get ready.

I looked at Scarlett "is your brother with the boys?"

She nodded her head "mm-hm! He's been with daddy and uncle Sanji and uncle Zoro! There all getting ready too!"

I smiled "good. You want mommy to do your make up?"

Scarlett smiled brightly and sat in front of me. I smiled and started to put some light make up on her. After I finished hers I did my own.

Nami walked in wearing the dress, she had done her makeup and hair. I smiled "you look beautiful"

She smiled "thank you, but you look the best." She looked at Scarlett "you look so cute!!"

Scarlett giggled and thanked Nami
