Luffy X Reader Just A Nakama?

Chapter 32. Names

A/n: im backkkkk I decided that writing might actually help me to get my mind off stuff, especially crap school and crap people at school ;-; anywayysssss new chapter! Also isn't that picture so cute I love it.

I woke up feeling Luffy cuddle me close and his snoring. I smiled and cuddled against him. I turned around to face him and smiled. I've been back for about a month now (I'm pretty sure last time i checked it was 7 and 1/2month pregnant but i dont remember for sure so thats what im going with, which means right now your 8 and a half months) I kissed his cheek and he smiled in his sleep. I giggled and cuddled into him and laid my head on his chest. I placed my hand on my stomach. I knew it was close to being time. I smiled excited for our new family.

I felt Luffy move and I smiled and looked at him. He opened his eyes and smiled at me. I giggled "Good morning Luffy"

He smiled "Morning (Y/n)!"

I giggled and cuddled into him. He wrapped his arms around me and pulled me close.

"Luffy I have to get up"

He groaned "can't we lay here a little longer?? Pleaseeee" he wined like a little kid.

I giggled "but Luffy im hungry"

His eyes opened "food???"

I laughed "yes food"

He jumped up "okay!"

I giggled and got up. I put a hand on my large stomach. "Any day now"

"Shishishi I can't wait for the baby to be born!" Luffy said with a big smile.

I giggled "we need to think of names"

"Oh yeah! Shishishi I almost forgot about that!"

"So I was thinking.. If its a boy, what do you think of naming it Zoro? I wanna name it after Zoro if its a boy because Zoro's always been my bezt friend and he's like a brother to me..."

Luffy smiled brightly "I love it!!! What if it's a girl?"

I smiled happy he liked naming it after Zoro if it was a boy. "Hmm maybe Scarlett. I've always loved that name, it's so pretty"

"I love it (Y/n)!" Luffy said happily.

I smiled and wrapped my arms around him and looked up at him. "I love you Luffy"

He smiled and looked down at me "I love you too (Y/n)"

I giggled as he kissed my nose. "Come on, lets go get breakfast"

He smiled and ran out of the room and to the kitchen. I giggled then walked to the kitchen after him. Luffy was, of course, already eating.

Everyone greeted me as I walked in. I smiled and sat down and got myself some food.

"(Y/n) you need to start resting more and really taking it easy, the baby could come at anytime!" Chopper said as I started to eat.

I smiled "Thank you Chopper. I will"

He smiled at me then continued to eat.

"Oh (y/n)-chan~ can I get you anything?" Sanji said with a smile and he came to me "anything special you would like me to make for you?"

I smiled and shook my head "no, I'm fine, thank you Sanji-kun"

Sanji smiled and nodded his head.

I smiled and stood up.

"Where you going (y/n)?" Luffy asked through a mouthful of food.

I smiled at him "im just gonna go for a short walk around the ship."

I smiled and walked outside and startes to walk. It was a nice sunny day and there was a nice breeze that stopped it from being to hot.

"Oi (Y/n)"

I turned around and saw Zoro. I smiled "hey Zoro"

"Shouldn't you be resting."

I smiled at him "you can't expect me to just sit all day. You know me better than that"

Zoro laughed slightly "that's true. Anyways, I bet Luffy"s pretty excited. He's been excited about it. Have you guys thought of names?"

I looked at him "for a girl, Scarlett. Monkey D. Scarlett." I smiled brightly at him "and if its a boy. Monkey D. Zoro."

He looked at me with a slightly shocked and confused look "Zoro? Your gonna name him.. After me?"

I nodded my head.

He still looked confused "why?"

I smiled "because. Your my best friend and your like my brother. You mean so much to me, and you've helped me through so much. If it weren't for you, Luffy and I probably wouldn't have gotten together. You were a big help. So I want to name him after you, and Luffy said he loves the idea of naming him after you."

Zoro smiled and pulled me into a hug. "Thank you (Y/n). I'm honored."

I giggled and hugged him back. "I'm glad you like it."

He was about to say something when I felt a jolt of pain go through my body. I gasped and Zoro looked at me worridely.

"(Y/n) are you okay??"

I looked up at him "i-its time"

A/n: anndddddd thats for next chapter xD I hope you all like the names, if you dont feel free to call your child whatever. I picked those because I thought naming a boy after Zoro would be adorable and then I love the name Scarlett. I thought they were good names but i realized they sound stupid when you put "Monkey D." with it but oh wellllllllll hope you enjoyed!
