Nasa Court Trial na ang lahat, Kumpleto sila walang labis walang kulang. Nandoon na rin si Lexi at Sofia na naka-upo sa kabilang side kasama ng kanilang pamilya at ng kanilang Defense Attorney habang sa kabilang side naman sina Kath at DJ pati na rin ang kanilang pamilya at ang prosecutor na na-assign sa kanila. Naroroon din si Julia Barretto bilang witness nila.

"Please rise, The Court of SLH Book is now on Session, The Honorable Judge Francheska Sastre presiding."sabi ni Rod Salise na baliff.

"What is today's case?"tanong ni Judge Sastre kay Rod.

"Today's case is Anti-Violence against women and children."sabi ni Rod kay Judge Sastre.

"Is the prosecution ready?"tanong ni Judge Sastre kay Prosecutor Minfela na nasa panig nila Kath at DJ.

"Yes, Your Honour."sabi ng mabutihing prosecutor.

"Is the defense ready?"sabi ni Judge Sastre Kay Attorney in Defense na si Jed Adabie na nasa panig naman nila Sofia at Lexi.

"Yes, Your Honour."sabi ng defense attorney.

"May gave instructions to the jury."sabi ng judge saka umupo at tumayo ang prosecutor.

"Your Honour, Members of the jury, my name is Charemaine Minfaela and i am representing Mr. Daniel and Mrs. Kathryn Padilla in this case, I intend to prove that Miss Sofia Andres age of 22 and Miss Lexi Fernandez age of 23, Nurses of Vega Medical Hospital are guilty for giving aborting pills to Mrs. Kathryn Padilla. Today you will be presented with evidence and will hear testimony from my witnesses Miss Julia Barretto and Miss Chesca Gonzales which will leave no doubt in your mind of guilt of the defendant. Please find the defendant guilty."sabi ng prosecutor sa kanila, Sumunod na tumayo naman ang attorney.

"Your Honour, Members of the jury, my name is Jed Abbie and i am representing Miss Sofia Andres and Lexi Fernandez in this case, I intend to prove their innocence against Mr. Daniel and Mrs. Kathryn Padilla. Today you will be presented with evidence and will hear testimony from my witness Claire Kabe and Thea Kim which will leave no doubt in your mind of innocence of the defendent. Please find the defendant not guilty."sabi naman ng attorney at umupo na. Asar na asar si DJ dahil kitang-kita na ang ebidensya, Nakalatag na pero pinapatagal pa ang kaso.

"You may start."sabi ng judge at nauna ang prosecution. Unang tumayo si Julia Barretto na pinaka-main witness.

"Miss Julia Barretto, Please raise your right hand. Do you swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth?"tanong ni Rod sa mga witness na si Julia Barretto.

"I swear to tell the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth."sagot ni Julia at umupo na si Julia sa Witness stand.

"Miss Julia Barretto, Could you state your position in this court?"sabi ni Prosecutor Minfela.

"I, Julia Barretto ex girlfriend of Daniel Padilla Five years ago."sabi ni Julia sa prosecutor.

"Gaga hindi iyon ang ibig kong sabihin, Ang ibig kong sabihin ano ang participation mo dito sa Korte na ito, Hindi ko sinabi kung ano ka."sabi ni Prosecutor Minfela.

"Obvious ba? Witness."sabi ni Julia napa-iling na lang si Judge Sastre sa mga nangyayari.

"Okay eto seryoso na, Can you explain what you heared in the women's washroom the day that Mr. and Mrs. Padilla's son died."sabi ni Prosecutor Manfela sa witness na si Julia Barretto.
