Ugh, Advanced Biology was the worst! It was just a case of sorting item A into column B, and such, and was a total waste of time that could've been used telling something useful, like... The anatomy of a frog, so we can dissect it. A bit gory, but... Still.
Anyway, I came out of biology and walked around for a bit. The gang and I started talking, and Katelyn and I got re-acquainted as it were. After school, once the others had gone home, I hung out by the cinema, because it had started raining and I lived nearby.
As I stood, I saw this guy with dark hair, totally drenched, walking around in the rain. I started moving to help him, but some other girl and her friends had it covered. Didn't catch much, but I think I heard the name "Gray". Must be the name of the guy that got soaked.
Mind you, I wasn't much better. Mom'd kill me if she saw my new clothes this soaked.
'I'd better head home...' I thought to myself, strolling down under the cover of the overhang from the buildings. As soon as I got into my house, my clothes came off and I sank into a bath to clean myself off.I heard Mom open the door and the rustling of plastic bags. "Food shopping, that's where she's been..." I said out loud to myself, as I lifted myself out of the white tub. I dried off, ate dinner, watched some anime, then headed to bed.
I slipped off my t-shirt and jeans, and dropped into my bed. I closed my eyes. I rolled around. I tried counting sheep. I tried everything. But something was keeping me awake.
Katelyn.
No rest for the weary, eh? Oh well...
It took a while, but I managed to sleep for at least six hours.
