I felt something ripple that day, like my mind glitched a bit. A really strong emotion. I tried to focus on it and realised it was Elenore. I only needed to know it was her to realise what was going on. Ciel was dying and it was my fault. Sebastion told me that an unfortunate effect of near-murder from me was an battle against... Some dark realm where some of my nightmare's creatures might be. They must have be weakening him. I had to do something. I didn't care what Elenore said about what I decided to do then.
I was going to Ciel's room to remove what I'd done. Reverse myself on him. And I knew the only way how could mean my death, but I didn't care. It was my fault he was dying, I had to pay.
So then I picked up my coat because it was raining and walked to the hospital. Wendy wasn't here, phew. I put it down in the waiting room with a woman who said she might be sleeping here. I remembered Ciel's room number, and stood at the door. Elenore was... Sleeping next to him? Oh well, I could move her. I opened the door quietly and then picked her up, then placed her on a second hospital bed that was in the room. I walked in front of Ciel.
"Hey, Ciel. I'm sorry... This is my fault. I have to fix it." I said, and my entire body claimed its purple-ish glow. I breathed out, and I made my stance stiff. I remembered somehow a language not my own, and started chanting some words in it. The room started getting windy and darker. This was gonna wake Ele but she might realise what I was doing. My eyes black, I stopped chanting, raised my hand and aimed it at Ciel's chest, then he arched his back as a black liquid shot out and into my hand. Elenore did at that moment wake up.
"J-Jacob?! What the hell is this?!" She yelled, trying to gain her focus. I yelled in pain as I tried to take the last of it, and then the connection closed and I fell to my knees. The room brightened and the wind died down. Then Ciel's heartbeat came soaring back up. The last thing I remember before blacking out it his eyes opening and Elenore saying softly,
"Ciel?"
