"Thanks..." And that was all I could manage.I slowly stood, and put on the coat after I put on one of my grey shirts. I stood at my sink and changed the water in my glass, it tasted a bit funny. I made myself ignore the thunder and lightning outside, I was slightly afraid of them. I looked at my watch; quarter to midnight. Better go to bed, I thought, and started moving up my stairs into my bedroom. I yawned, and lifted the covers. I took off the coat and grabbed a thick blanket I had. I threw it over the bed, and hung Elenore's coat on a peg in my room. I got into bed and slept curled up, barely able to sleep because of the frequent cackle of the thunder, or the great splashes of bright white made by lightning, but at least I was able to sleep at all. In the morning I would have to try and get myself a load of small heaters for around the house. But after that thought, I closed my eyelids again, and drifted off to sleep.
