"Who is this?! Why do they look like me?!" They said, once again in unison. The sisters then turned and apart from the different appearances, the only thing that differed between them was that one then called out,
"Ciel!"
and the other called out,
"Jacob!"
I walked over to Elenore's sister and pulled her to where I was sitting, and explained what had happened, with the angel and how she was Elenore's sister. Once Ciel had finished explaining to Ele about it, she walked over and her sister stood. They seemed to be waiting for the other to speak.
"What's your name?" they asked each other in unison. The unison thing would be going on for a while...
"Mine's Elenore. Yours?" Elenore said.
"Hmm... I don't know mine..." her sister replied.
"That means you can pick your own!" Ele exclaimed.
"I do?! Awesome! Hm... Oh, I know, it's perfect!"
"What is it?" We all asked her.
"How about... Maura?" She said, and Ele said it was a lovely name. Then they went out to see if their flames were different. Maura's was a pitch black color, similar to the color of my own powers. Elenore's, to me and Ciel's surprise, was a pure, bright white, as opposed to the sunset orange it was before. They stared at each others flames, then they combined them, and the colors combined, into a black and white swirl of flame. Then Maura came to me and Ele to Ciel. Me and Maura struck up conversation, and Elenore just swept Ciel into a hug.
Maybe... Just maybe... This would sort the issue with me and Ciel over Elenore.
Maybe this could make us friends.
To my surprise, after talking to me, Maura brought me into a hug as well, and I reluctantly hugged back. Technically, I'd known her for ages, but realistically, she'd just been born. It was a strange feeling. I peered into her mind, and pretty much the only things that differed from Elenore's was that the name was Maura, and her undying love for Ciel wasn't in her mind. Other than that, I could barely tell the difference between them. Maura then let go of me, and we all went back into the cave. I was very tempted to buy the cave, claim the land, and get some materials to build a home there for me, instead of in the town. Yes, I'd do that. But it was becoming night, so we decided we should go to sleep. I laid in a corner, facing the flames. Ciel did the same on the opposite side. Then Maura came and laid with me, just in front of me, and put my arm around her. I just looked at her for a minute, then my muscles relaxed when I saw Ele had done the same with Ciel.
That was the best night of my life; the night I wasn't alone.
