My eyes opened a smidgen, and as I groaned, I lurched forwards and coughed out some blood. Maura almost launched me off of the hill.
"You scared me!" She shouted. I was still too weak to talk. She let me lay back down. I looked across at Ciel, and Lucy told me he would be okay. My head rotated back to looking up, just staring at the blackened sky. I ended up falling asleep again. After a few hours, I awoke with half of my strength back. I sat up, and Maura sat next to me. A few minutes passed, and I remembered something.
"Elenore..." I said. I stood up. "Has anyone seen Elenore?" I asked them all, seeming frantic. They shook their heads. "I need to go back in." I told them, and they all gasped, wide-eyed as I walked over to Ciel's sleeping body. I crouched down, my hands on his head. "Sorry for this..." I said as I leeched most of his strength. I sprinted down the hill with them all calling after me that I'm insane. I was being driven by a dark sense of purpose. That purpose created more power than anything I'd ever felt. I leapt up and kicked one of the demonic creatures in the face, sending a horde of them flying into spikes. I found the building that had the portal and kicked the door open.
"She has to be in here." I said quietly.
