The school bell chimes just in time for me to walk into Mr. Sam's first-hour algebra class and sit down.
"Good morning students! First order of business, a pop quiz!" The class groans. "Okay, you know the drill, everything off your desk. Nora put away the water bottle. Everything off, let's go." He hands out the quiz. I take the stack of paper and pass it to the person behind me. "This shouldn't take long at all."
