Emmah's POV
After a long fit of laughter from me and Alex about Michelle, we were able to breath normal again. Alex came down the stairs and gave us both questioning looks until we explained why we were laughing. He too started laughing with us and this all went on for a while. "So, now can I hook you up with some chicks then?" Alex asked Jace, raising both eyebrows and winking. "um, let me think about that, no." Alex said while placing his thumb and index finger on his chin as if he was thinking about it. "Hey! when we all go back to school tomorrow, then I can find you a new girlfriend!" I exclaim excitedly. "whatever...." is all he said and then walked out of the room. I spit my tongue at Jace as he walked away because he turned down my offer.
I still hadn't eaten anything since yesterday so I walk over to the pantry to find something to eat. I open up the doors and then feel two hands on my side, moving from my hips up to my stomach and moving up. I try and turn my head but then Alex is kissing my neck and shoulders. I giggle and turn face to face with him and kiss him on the lips. Alex moves his hands down my back towards my butt now. I end up giggling again and let him do whatever. I feel something press up against my leg and Alex immediately pulls back and reaches around me to grab a box from the pantry. "somebody got a little too excited." I say to Alex. I see a hint of blush come to Alex's cheeks and he turns his back to me. "Thought so." I say again. I find loaf of bread in the pantry that is still good to eat and walk to the fridge. I find some mayo and ham in the very back of the fridge and put all of the food on the counter. I make a sandwich, adding an extra bit of mayo, but before I can eat it, Alex picks it up from the counter and takes a bite. "Hey! Make your own sandwich!" I yell at him while taking my sandwich back from his hands. I stick my lower lip out to pout since he ate part if my sandwich and take a quick bite. Alex finds some food to eat somewhere in the kitchen and we stand in the middle of the kitchen together doing nothing but eating.
We finally finish up our food so Alex takes my hand and leads me into the living room. "let's just watch some movies today, cause we can't do what I want to..." He trails off before he says what he wanted to do. "and what exactly did you want to do today?" I reply raising an eyebrow. "You really want to know what i wanted to do?" He says winking at me. I roll my eyes at his perverted gestures and lower myself down unto the couch. Alex stands in front of our movie collection with his brows furrowed. "let's start with some action movies and then move to the more sappy crap so we can cry ourselves to sleep, sound good?" He finally asks. I suppress a laugh and nod my head yes to him. "great!" He exclaims excitedly. Alex plucks a movie from the shelf, puts it into the DVD player and then comes and sits next to me. For the rest of the day, Alex and I, and occasionally Jace, watch a bunch of movies. Of course we did have Jace make and bring dinner right to us so we didn't have to get up. Towards the end of the night, I end up falling asleep on Alex's cheat yet again.

I wake up to an annoying buzzing sound coming from my phone, telling me that my alarm is going off and I need to wake up. I groan as I lift my arm up to the coffee table on which my phone is sitting and turn off the alarm. I feel around the table until I find the lamp switch so I can turn it on and see. I wince as the light stings my eyes since I'm not adjusted to the bright light yet. Alex is laying next to me still asleep, 'how can he sleep that easily?' I think to myself. I rub my hand on his chest to try and shake him awake but he just grabs my hand to stop me and says in an almost inaudible voice , "just five more minutes, and then I'll wake up...'. I decide to take him up on that offer so I lay my head back down on his chest and try to sleep for 5 more minutes. Yet again, my alarm wakes us up five minutes later. "come on, we actually need to wake up now." I say to Alex. He mumbles something I can't understand so I stand up and walk upstairs to the bathroom. I wake up Jace like usual and proceed to get ready for school. At one point I see a half asleep Alex getting up and ready finally too. We all are done getting ready at some point so we load up Into the car and Jace drives us to school.
Alex's POV
I walk Emmah to her first period class, kiss her good bye and then go to my P.E. class. I go into the locker room and half of the boys already have no shirts on and throwing shoes at each other. "Alex!" my friend Patrick yells at me and then throw a dirty socks at my face. "ah, that's nasty man." I yell him as a wipe the socks off my face. He laughs and then walks away and proceeds to change. I start changing and finish quickly and run out to the gym. It was down pouring outside so we were stuck doing an inside activity. The teacher explains to us all that we are going to play some relay races. I'm put into a group with all freshman, two extremely giggly girls and a short boy who doesn't loom to excited to be in a group with us. I look towards the girls to say tell them something but before I can even open up my mouth they burst into a fit of laughter and whisper to each other. Coach blows the whistle telling us to start so I decide I'll go first and dart out to the challenge.
Class seemed to go by fairly quickly except for the fact I couldn't look whenever the girls did something because they would stop doing it because they got embarrassed when I looked. Our group ended up finishing in first and were released to the locker room before the rest if the class. I change as fast as I can so I can walk Emmah to her next class. I practically run down the hall to try and arrive at her classroom. in time but apparently I was too late. I waited till the last person left her classroom to see if she was running late but she didn't walk out. That weird, maybe she was in a hurry. A crowd of people were forming in the hallway shouting various things to the people in the center. A few people see me walk over to the crowd and exchange worried glances to each other before they flee down the hall. I try and push through the crowd to see what the fuss is and am immediately enraged as I see what's going on. Emmah is laying on the ground with a girl on top of her punching her.
