Here we go, day two of sophomore year. I woke and tossed my hair into a quick messy bun so my hair didn't get wet when I washed my face. I scrubbed my face until it looked red and felt fresh. I looked into the mirror for a bit until calling Grace into my room.

"Grace will you do my makeup?"

"Wait what? Really?! You never wear makeup."

"Well... I want to try something new."

"Whoo whoop, I'll be right back."

Grace seemed to enjoy herself while doing my makeup. She touched my cheeks up with a little blush and then pinched them to make it look more "normal". I winced in pain as she pinched them. Soon enough I looked like a whole new person, my eyebrows looked nicer and fuller, my cheeks looked more natural, and my eyelashes were visible. I looked hot. I grabbed a pair of blue skinny jeans and a black tank top. I let my natural wavy hair flow free and Grace saw on my bed staring at me in aw as I gave myself one final look before leaving for school.

I strutted into school and went right to Andy's little favorite place in hopes of finding him. Sure enough, I found him sitting there reading over lyrics he'd clearly written. Andy looked up at me and his eyes instantly lit up. We made quick talk before the bell rang signaling passing period.

My first two classes went by very fast and in a blur. I looked at my notes at the end of class and it seemed I got everything and that I was paying attention, but my head tells me otherwise. I was thinking about Andy and the portrait I had to draw of him. I got up quickly after the bell rang and practically ran to Art. I wanted to talk to Andy about the portrait I had to draw. I was worried about how I would be able to show how sharp his jawline was. I knew I was a great artist but I wasn't confident when it came to drawing people, live people anyways. Andy was sitting in our spot studying his drawing very intently.
"Hey Andy."

"Oh hey Ade."

"Um I'm worried..."

"About?"

"Well the portrait I have to do of you..."

"What why? Am I too ugly to draw?"

"No haha, I mean well I don't necessarily draw people... I mean yeah I can sketch a person but not based off of an actual person. I'm worried I won't be able to portray you..."

"Adrianna, I believe in you. I know we only just met but you left your sketch pad in my car yesterday and I peeked.... you have talent."

"Oh my god! That's embarassing... I didn't mean to leave that in your car. That's just a sketch pad that's why it's not very neat and stuff..."

"Ade calm down it's okay, I was impressed."

"Well thanks haha. Can I have it back?"

"I left it at home so I'll give it to you after school."

"Alright."

Class seemed to drag on. Andy didn't seem in a talkative mood so I started studying his face and attempting to draw his jaw line. Eventually after a million tries I got it right. I turned the page and started to outline the shape of his face. I didn't want to ruin my perfect sketch of his jaw line. I ended up getting his face outline done in a matter of 20 minutes. I showed Andy and he was amazed, he said that he couldn't believe how real I'd made his jawline look and how close it was to his. I felt very accomplished even though I was far from being done. I spent the last half hour of class drawing his nose, but was cut off when the bell rang. Andy offered to stay there with me so I could finish the nose. He seemed to enjoy watching me draw.
