Chapter 29

Andy's family invited me to christmas dinner that night, and I excitedly accepted. This will be the first time they've seen me since we found out that we aren't related and since Andy and I became a thing. I wore a straight black flowy skirt and a maroon colored long sleeve shirt that was tucked into my skirt. I curled the ends of my hair and did natural colors for my makeup. When we got there I was so nervous. Andy looked over at me when he parked in the driveway and saw my hands trembling as my anxiety was skyrocketting. He grabbed my hands and looked at me reassuringly, and gave me a slow deep kiss on the mouth, it gave me the most amazing feeling . As soon as we both pulled away he hopped out of his car and practically jogged to my door to help me out. We walked to his door hand in hand and as he opened the door I pretty much squeezed the hell out of his hand. Immediately Chris and Amy came over to where we were. Andy helped take my coat off and hung it up as Amy engulfed me in a hug. I shook hands with Chris who was looking at Andy with a proud expression on his face. We all walked over to the dining room and Andy pulled a chair out for me to sit in next to him. Amy carried out ham and mashed potatoes along with a million other delicious foods. During dinner I felt Andy squeeze my thigh a couple times whenever he could see my hands trembling. I know I've met Chris and Amy before, but it's still nerve-wracking to be around now since I'm dating their son.

"So Ade, how's school?" Chris asks.

"Um it's good, I ended up with really good grades and I'm at the top in a few classes."

"That's good."

"Yeah haha." I say awkwardly

"Where do you want to go to college?"

"Um well my bestfriend Grace and I want to go to Ohio State or Arizona State."

"That sounds lovely."

"They are. They both offer some very neat classes."

"Do you know what you want to do? When you get older."

"Well I'm kind of thinking about being a doctor, or a social worker."

"Those are very interesting."

"Yeah, and they pay well."

"That's very true."

The rest of dinner was spent with small talk and mostly silence.

"Um mom may we be excused."

"Sure let me just grab your plates alright."

"Okay."

"Keep your door open."

"Okay mom."

On our way to his room I stopped at the coat rack and grabbed my present for Andy out of my coat pocket. Andy held my hand as we walked upstairs, and I could feel his palms getting sweaty.

When we got to his room he immediately shut the door and pulled me into his bed with him. We cuddled for awhile and then he crashed his lips against mine. I could tell this is why he was sweating earlier, he had plans. Dirty, dirty plans. I soon found myself under Andy and in my bra and underwear. I craved him so bad, but I knew something wasn't right and we had to stop. I pulled away from his lips and he immediately attacked my collarbone and sucked on it roughly.

"A-Andy can we stop?"

"What?"

"I don't wanna..."

"Oh okay." He said while getting off of me.

"I'm sorry." I say with my head in my hands.

"Baby don't apologize. I don't ever want to make you feel like you have to do that okay."

"I want too, but it just seems too soon."

"I know I'm sorry it's just that skirt."

"Haha."

"Does it also have to do with...?"

"Mr. Cortez? No."

"Okay I was just curious."

"Andy I want to sleep with you and be intimate like that, but I need some more time."

"I can wait."

"Are you sure?"

"You are worth every single second that I wait."

"Promise?"

"Pinky promise."

"Andy?"

"Hmm?"

"I'm gonna get dressed before your mom comes up here and sees this."

"Good idea, haha."

I quickly get dressed and open Andy's door.

"I got something for you."

"You did?"

"Mhm."

"What is it?"

"Here." I say handing him the box.

"Ooo present."

"You're such a little kid."

"You love it."

"I know."

Andy unties the ribbon around the box in a swift motion and begins lifting the lid up. Inside is a silver chain with a little batman sign. There was also a card inside that read "You will always be my Batman. Love Ade."

"Oh my god! I love it! Thank you so much babe." He shrieked and began attacking me with kisses.

"I'm glad you like it."

"I don't like it. I love it."

"Well even better."

"I'm the luckiest guy ever."

"How?"

"Because I have you." And with that I felt my stomach explode with butterflies and my cheeks turn so red I look like a tomato.

"Andy."

"Yes?"

"I think I'm falling hard for you."

"Me too."
