Spending Time Together

June 14

It's just me, my siblings, our aunt, and Gianna now. Everyone else had to go home. They were bored and there were too many of them in our small house. I don't think Aunt Becca wants a lot of people over here anymore. I just didn't want our friends to be bored so I made a slam book we could do next time they came over. It's a start. It's something to do.

Brienna and I watched Dr. Phil together and it was supposed to be the conclusion of yesterday's episode but they ended up showing the same one so we had to watch it on YouTube.

Enna now is set on getting a cell phone at 9 years old. She kept bothering us about getting one, and she asked Aunt Becca, who said she'd get one when she was ready for one. I understand Enna wanting one, since I did, too, when I was her age, but a 9-year-old is never ready to handle a cell phone. She'll be lucky if she gets a camera for her 10th birthday.

Tomorrow, the Stovalls who we eat with, Monica, her sister, and her mom are going to the mall and we're invited to go with them. The Stovalls will be watching a movie and the rest of us can just tour the mall. I really don't want the little kids walking around with us. I wanted it to be me, Brienna, Monica, and a couple of our friends.

Aunt Becca said we couldn't invite more than 4 friends besides Monica, so Brienna put a thing on her imaginary Twitter saying the first 3 people who replied would get to go. (Sheyenne had already invited Lynn.) The other three people who are going are Bree, Madeline, and Caitlyn.
