March 18
Hi! I'm Marissa's cousin Cindy! I came this morning and then went shopping at the grocery store later in the morning with Marissa's mom (to me it's Aunt Karen), Aunt Becca, Brienna, Enna, Madigan (their cousin), Kika, Lexi, Madeline, and Lana. I'll tell you, Enna, Madigan, and Kika acted so awful in the store. They weren't throwing fits or anything, though. More like throwing food. First, though, Enna and Madigan took off running through the store, with Aunt Becca yelling at them. Then, while the rest of us were still shopping, Enna, Madigan, and Kika were over in the fruit and vegetable area, and Enna was trying to juggle apples! There was food flying and then Brienna told Enna to quit juggling apples. Then at the end, Madigan smashed something green over Enna's head. I think it was an avocado. Enna was crying and her aunt was gripping her arm, mad. Then Aunt Becca snapped at Madigan for smashing the avocado on Enna's head.
A little while after we got home, Aunt Becca made all three of the 9-year-olds go to time-out. That's pretty bad that 9-year-old girls would act that way in a grocery store. I guess it was a good thing that they were invisible and no one saw them. They were throwing the invisible food in the store, too, so no one saw the smashed food either. But it was bad. When Aunt Becca made them go to time-out, Kika was crying and telling Aunt Becca that she hadn't been the only one juggling apples, and that Enna had done it, too. Aunt Becca made her go to time-out, and she was laying on the floor in time-out, crying loudly with her feet on the wall.
We kept going outside and it was a little windy but it got warmer. Enna, Kika, and Madigan were all wearing pink all day, and Enna told Lauren (who's also 9) to wear pink, too, so she could be in their group, but she didn't want to change her clothes and she said she barely even knew Enna.
Everyone had to leave for showers later because they were all sweaty from being outside. I bet they were glad to leave for a while because I was running around screaming! I am also not happy because I found out Aunt Karen still drinks.
