Sam and Dean

{1 week later}
Gabriel's POV
Two nurse came in and one asked for me while the other one asked for Castiel. We went our separate ways and walked down the hall.

"Mr.Novak, I'm sorry to tell you this but if Sam doesn't wake up soon, we're going to have to pull the plug."

"No. You are not pulling the plug on him."

"We'll give you 20 minutes and then that's it, Mr.Novak. I'm sorry. He's been out for a week and we don't think he's going to make it."

"Don't you dare say that." I said in a defensive voice.

"Excuse me." I say before walking back to Sam's room.

Cas' POV
I was walking down the hall with one of the nurses and he was telling me that he does think Dean's going to make it. That if he does wake up in a day or two, they're going to pull the plug.

"Don't you dare say that he's not going to make it. He will make it. He will wake up. He will survive this."

"I'm sorry, Mr.Novak."

"You should be because I'm going to prove you wrong. Excuse me." I say in a defensive voice and walk back to Dean's room.

He's going to make it. I know he will. He's a fighter and he doesn't give up easily. I know that for a fact.

Lucifer's POV
"Michael, you have to wake up Sam now."

"Lucifer, I can't just do that. He needs to fully heal. That's probably going to take a few more days."

"You don't have a few more days. You have minutes. You heard what that nurse said about Sam. If he doesn't wake up in 20 minutes they're going to pull the plug. If you don't wake him up, I will."

"You can't do that. Father assigned us our own person. I got Sam and you got Dean."

"Oh yeah, and what'll happen if I wake Sam up instead of you?"

"You'll probably be banished from Heaven."

"Well if it mean's saving Gabriel's soulmate and them having a happy life together, then I don't give a flying fudge about me being banished from Heaven. Now, if you will excuse, I have someone to wake up."

I start to go but he stops me.

"Wait, I'll wake him up."

"Thank you, Michael."

He nodded and then when down into Sam's body.

I on the other hand, went down and continued working on repairing Dean. He was brutally tortured and he had a lot of deep cuts. Even when I tried to heal them all the way, I couldn't. I kept running out of healing power.

His memory was also pretty bad. I looked into his thoughts and he doesn't even remember who Cas or Gabe are. I'm trying to put all the memories back in his mind but he just can't remember them.

This is really bad. If he does remember Cas or Gabe, how are they supposed to get married. He doesn't remember Cas saving him the first time. He doesn't remember anything or any of their memories together.

I start crying because it's sad that he doesn't remember them or anything that they've gone through together. I hope that if he spends time with them then he'll start remembering them and everything they've all been through together.

He remembers Sam, Charlie, Anna, Bobby, Benny and his jock friends, and Uriel. But he just couldn't remember Cas or Gabe.

Sam's POV
Everything was perfect but then I passed out. I woke up in the hospital and Gabe was standing beside me.
