"We're letting you guys go." The officer said sternly. "Don't do anything you know you ain't have no business doing."
"Thank you offica!!!" Miyah said while wiping tears away.
We left and Jesse was pissed.
"What the fuck Skylar?!" As we got into a car.
"Who's car is this?" Alex asked.
"Mine." Jesse said. "Thanks to you Skylar, we have to go to another hotel!"
"Why?"
"They kicked us out!" He bit the inside of his cheek and kept his eyes on the road. "When we get to the hotel pack your shit! All of you!"
"Miyah's acting had me dead though." Alex said.
Miyah giggled. I crossed my arms and starred out the window.

We went to another hotel and it's actually better than the last one in my opinion. We all met up in my hotel room and everyone looked pissed.
"Skylar what the hell?" Jay said.
"What?" I asked.
"You're the reason why we're at this hotel! The fuck did you do!?"
"You're acting like the hotel is bad! Ain't nothing happening so don't start with that." I rolled my eyes and looked down at my phone.
"She decided that she wanted to fight." Jesse said as he crossed his arms and tapped it his foot.
"That shit is old now. Cut her some slack." Alex said.
"Why were you fighting, Sky?" Jamal asked.
"She was just acting out." Jesse answered.
"He asked me!" I shot back. "I made a mistake! I get it!"
"You always make mistakes!!!" Jesse shouted.
I got up and grabbed my bookbag. "Whatever. I don't need to fill my ears with bullshit that comes out your mouth." I opened the door and left.
"Where are you going?!" Jacqueline yelled from the the room.
I stepped in the elevator and got down to the first floor.

It started snowing outside while I was in a coffee shop a couple minutes away from the hotel. I had a hat in my bookbag and put it on.
I just need to cool off. Yeah what I did was wrong but they don't need to torment me about it. I apologized and want to move on.
Coffee shops always take the edge off . I looked out the window while sipping on a typical blend. It was cheaper than all the fancy drinks. I hope Leah doesn't come in here.
"You good ma?" A guy with dreads asked.
I looked up. He sat down across from me. "Lookin' a lil sad. The weather?"
I faked a smile. "Yeah I'm fine. Thanks." Hopefully that'll give him a hit to go away.
"Steez. You are?" He held his hand out.
"Skylar. Steez your real name?" I shook his hand.
"Nah. Just my nickname."
"Ohhhh."
"So Skylar. What's a girl like you doing here all alone? I can tell you're not from here."
