Part 6: Daddy

83 20 9

Why did you have to go daddy?
Why did you have to leave ?

We needed you daddy,
You left and took with you her soul.

You were the glue daddy,
Why did you go?

Our family is falling apart daddy,
And I know I promised I wouldn't cry.
But it's hard daddy.
It's too hard to say goodbye.

They put you in the ground daddy,
And I had to look away.
Like you said to me daddy,
The tears won't make you stay.

But now daddy?
What now?

We can't make mommy smile ,
Or eat or laugh ,
Just cry.

Why'd you have to leave daddy?
Why'd I refuse to say goodbye?
