Part 52:When...

15 8 2

When a smile weighs so heavily,
It feels as if your face could crack
And the knives once in your hand
Have found their way to your back.

When your sanity is hanging on,
Like a mere piece of skin,
Broken and falling off,
As if words had pushed you onto the ground and you'd scrapped your shin.

When you're shaking in frustration ,
And gasping for breath
Because your broken heart
Is breaking yet again.

When the words have found the tip of your tongue,
But you've been forced to swallow then down,
When unrelenting heart ache
Has gone and broken your crown.

When you're forced to gather the shards of your soul,
Like puzzle pieces shattered and thrown,
When your heart is racing,
Your world is crashing ,
And your sanity just simply doesn't exist.

That's when you'll find out how truly strong you are,
And just how much you can take.
It's when your limits will be tested,
And so will your faith.

I was going to post this a while ago,but sometimes I like to wait, hold a little piece of my thoughts hostage for a while-either to reflect or to change, and I've managed both.

I feel like I'm in the eye of this storm,so wish me luck for when the worst part hits xx

Thank you for your continued support. ♡
