Jae got an entrance pass from the lady at the reception and soon he was walking behind Taeyong through the huge skyscraper. They took the silver lift to one of the upper floors, where all the studios were placed. Taeyong opened a door and they found themselves in a recording studio.

"That's for the new album."

Right after he went in, Taeyong grabbed a CD and put it up, so the sound filled all the huge speakers.

Jae felt butterflies, he was the first fan who got to listen to a sneak peak of the new album, that was planned to be released in 7 months.

"Cries at night,

my mum is sober but her real face is still here

slam the front door

Park, street, pavement, bar,

the world spins,

have you seen this guy, a ruin filled with sins.

drink, dance, bed, floor

I don't even know her name

it's morning and I'm collecting all my clothes

centuries upon centuries we did the exact same thing

drink, hate, sex, love

eat, sleep, fall, sin..."

Taeyong stopped the song and Jae felt he's too torn to speak. Was it an artistic creation, or had he done all these things? Random one night stands with girls who's faces and names he couldn't remember.

"I like this song it's very personal, sit down and listen," Taeyong scrolled through the tracks, till he found the one with the number 12.

Jae walked to a chair and sat on it's edge.

A delicate melody filled the room, piano and strings.

"In perfect silence, a star appeared.

Light filled the darkness

spring moved the frozen ground

the soundless night began to sing

Because you

made me a better me

taught me how to see

believed in me

I broke my parent's hearts

I drank so much everything faded into dark

I broke the law more the once

I drank lust from the wrong romance

I hurt

I stole

I fooled

I lied

I was the one with bad thoughts and a knife

the one who faded into a  never ending night

but all my sins whitened

the soundless night began to sing

Because you

healed me

fixed me

believed in me."

The verses were rap parts, while the chorus had his singing, and for the first time Jae heard him sing, and was shocked to find out Taeyong was right - he was a terrible singer, but still the lyrics was so touching, that Jae felt enchanted.
