So the first day of school came and they were in the long hallways again. The year rolled in and because of the final exams coming, they had additional classes in their favorite subjects. The boys needed to choose from the given list. Jae was sitting in a circle on the floor, beside Doyoung and Taeil, and across Ten, when he was trying to put a sign next to the the subjects he would like to study harder this year.

Every time a new student appeared in the hallway he glanced up nervously, but Taeyong wasn't there yet. He saw Hansol and Johnny, both looking strangely lost without Yuta, and soon they decided to spend the break walking behind Mark like shadows, so Jae assumed they needed a leader, and were even ready to accept a junior in Yuta's place.

"And done," Doyoung, who had made a detailed plan of all the activities he wants to take up this year, was ready first, but Jae felt his head began to ache again, like on Taeyong's party.

He wanted to choose vocal and dance, but wasn't sure how he will manage both.

A new person appeared at the top of the stairs and Jae glanced up, but was disappointed again, but then he looked there twice, he had seen this face before. He watched the skinny kid, who glanced from the paper in his super thin hands to the hallways around him and seemed completely lost, and Jae remembered the boy Yuta forced him to talk to at the party, but now his pretty dark hair was gone, and Jae could see chicken-blonde strings crawling out of his baseball cap, yet never in a million years could this color fit the boy's always tanned skin tone, and the huge dark eyes.

"Wait fof a moment," Jae sprang up and hurried to the boy.

He stopped right next to him and the kid needed a few moments to recognize him.

"Party," he muttered and Jae smiled because the Chinese learned a new word. "Jaehyun," the boy said his name and Jae nodded.

"It's Jae fof ffiends," he said.

"Friend... you?" the boy showed all his little teeth in a smile and Jae nodded.

"Can I?" Jae pointed at the paper and Sicheng nodded again.

So Jae grabbed it reading through it. It turned out they were classmates and he tapped Sicheng's shoulder leading him to his clique.

"This is Sicheng my ffiend ffom China, doesn't undefstand a thing, but he's vefy cute," said Jae and Sicheng nodded eagerly.

"Hi," Ten waved to him and Doyoung got up and shook his hand muttering a 'hello' in Chinese, what caused Jae to open his mouth wide.

"I wanted to be nice, that's the only word I know," said Doyoung, while the boy jumped up and clapped his hands happily, because he had heard his own language.

"What are you doing here?" asked Taeil.

Sicheng looked at Jae questioningly and Jae sighed. It will be long year.

"You here, why?" said Doyoung emphasizing each word and Jae shook his head.

"Dance, trainee, DL Records," said the boy smiling wide.

"Wow, this little 'I don't know how to count to three' is a trainee in Taeyong's company," Ten opened his mouth wide. "I'm giving in on the world," he added and threw his list along the corridor.

"Bad?" asked Sicheng glancing at Jae.

"No," Jae shook his head. "He is a little flustfated about school," explained Jae knowing the boy won't understand it anyway, but Sicheng's face lit up and he nodded again.

"Learn you language. Bad," he shook his head.

"Oh don't woffy you will speak and undefstand soon," Jae tapped his shoulder.

"Is he a junior?" asked Doyoung.

"No, he's my age," muttered Jae and Doyoung's eyes widened.

"He looks like thirteen," the redhead shook his head. "I guess we have another problem to join the loser crew, welcome home Sicheng," Doyoung tapped the boy's shoulder when Sicheng sent him an adorable smile.

Jae told the boy to sit, soon they returned to the lists and Jae put a cross next to vocal and dance class.

"One good thing Yuta is gone, it will be so great without him," said Ten leaning against the wall. "No bullying, no stupid jokes, or picking on us."

"Yes," Taeil, Jae and Doyoung agreed.

It felt too right without Yuta, he was gone for a week and they haven't heard any bad word at school, so far.

"And who is this?" asked Taeil glancing towards the stairs so the boys followed his gaze.

Jae turned around and noticed a pair of designer sneakers to torn black jeans and a leather jacket, sunglasses, and a wide smile like from a toothpaste advertisement. The boy was strongly built, he had thick chocolate brown hair. He moved through the corridor as if the school belonged to him and Doyoung opened his mouth.

"No idea, another superstar sent back to school," whispered Ten.

"This?" Sicheng spoke and everyone focused their attention on him. "China too, Kun, trainee DL Records," he started to explain and Jae glanced from Taeil, to Ten, to Doyoung.

"Doesn't look too nice," whispered Ten and Jae agreed.

Maybe it was just the fake smile and the way he walked, maybe the boy was a nice guy like Sicheng, but somehow Jae had a creepy feeling running down his spine.
