But Kun kept smiling. Taeil leaned against a wall observing Kun with dark eyes, somehow he was the less shocked about the whole thing and Jae guessed that during his time with Kun he had the opportunity to get to know him, so he guessed Kun might get the upper hand somehow.

"You filthy dirty rat!" shouted Doyoung but in this moment voices filled the corridor and the boys went silent noticing the headmaster, Mr. Sacudo and Doyoung's mom.

Kun got up from the floor, in a second his smile turned into a troubled and sad face of a victim and Jae felt so disgusted.

"Come in," Mr. Johnson opened his office so they entered crowding behind the desk and the chairs.

Mr. Sacudo and Mrs. Kim took the only chairs in the room.

"So, you said there's new evidence to the case of Taeil's plagiarism," said Mr. Johnson, who as always came to the point without wasting time for saying 'Hello'.

A silence fell and the headmaster looked at the boys, but nor dared to speak. Jae looked to Taeyong and Doyoung hoping they will be the ones who will tell the lie, that will break Taeil's future because he wasn't able to.

Doyoung tried to pronounce something but failed, Taeyong took a breath. He was about to speak when Taeil went in front of him.

"I guess the truth is not the point here," he spoke with his gentle voice causing Jae to feel inner pain. "Because after so many years of teaching you should know what the truth is Mr. Sacudo," Taeil looked at the teacher who opened his mouth but closed it again. "But if your wish is to expel me I take it. I guess it doesn't need any further discussions then. If my parents need to sign something please give it to me now, they're very busy," Taeil spoke with such a maturity that everyone was too shocked to react and Mr. Johnson muttered something no one could understand, he simply grabbed the expulsion papers handing them to Taeil.

Jae felt he will burst out into tears when his lifetime friend took the papers, bowed down in front of the adults then walked off the room.

"And the proof?" said Mr. Johnson when the door slammed.

"We will go now, Kun can tell you whatever he likes he's a great storyteller," Taeyong bowed down and turned around.

Jae took it as a signal to go and the group of friends left the room in a hurry leaving Kun with the teachers and Doyoung's mom.

They stromed the corridor but there was no sign of Taeil anywhere.

The company got a anonymous letter the next day saying the person - Kun - is still able to use the video and photos anytime Jae and Taeyong will act against his will, but for now he won't do it, and so the case seemed closed. Jae felt he has never hated reality as much as during the days of Taeil's expulsion, when each time he entered the school building it reminded him his beautiful friend won't be there. But Kun will be there, laughing at him and his friends, making Taeyong bring him his tray each day in the cafeteria, what seemed to amuse him, giving Doyoung his homework for the weekend, wasting Ten's time on late hours dance practices with him, so he will also get a good grade in dance, and once a week Jae and Taeyong had to come over to the dorm to clean his room. Somehow Sicheng has never been enslaved by Kun who ignored him as usual and Doyoung used the translator on his phone to ask the boy about it.

"Father vefy rich, Kun nice," answered Sicheng.

Soon Taeyong asked around the company and found out Sicheng's father was one of the top businessmen in China and the whole company licked his son's feet, because he paid huge sponsorships, so Kun tried everything to become Sicheng's friend, but the boy stayed rather unimpressed and helped Jae and Taeyong to clean the room each time they came, but the enslavement continued and the boys didn't know how to stand to the end of the term.

The only good thing was when Taeyong's first single 'Beautiful' came out and the the new album made it to number one before it was even out. Jae kept his fingers crossed that the second album will top the first one, he was saving his pocket money to buy a copy, but even this little good things couldn't wash away his guilt. They decided to save their own skin and get Taeil expelled, they weren't much better than Kun and Jae was so upset with himself he lost a few kilos and had trouble sleeping.

Taeil seemed ok each time they visited him, he said he's dealing with it, but no one knew how he really was, because he wasn't letting anyone to come closer.

Doyoung was as worried as Jae and Ten lost his cheerful charm. Taeyong was very bussy and when he had scheduled performances Jae needed to take the public humiliation of bringing Kun his food during lunch.

And so it continued till the Christmas break. It were lonely days for Jae as Doyoung was at his grandparents, Ten and Sicheng returned to their countries and Taeyong was super bussy with promotion, while Taeil turned off all his invitations.

So he spent time at home and when he was too fed up he decided to visit the local ice ring. He hired skates and tried to get used to the slippery surface while the icy night air caused his breath to turn into steam. He was nervous watching his feet when someone called his name and he looked up to spot Lauren.

Hi Thank you so much for the amazing support, your comments always make me happy. I'm also thankful for each read and star :)

How do you like the chapter? What do you think about the situation the boys are into? Can it change? Also Lauren is back so prepare for new Jaeren bromance moments :)
I can only say the end of the year will be very interesting for Jae and his friends ;)

It seems that the comeback is near, I hope it will happen very soon.
