45. Emergency meeting

The double dance class was giving them a full out and Jae was drowning in sweat, while he tried to catch his breath between the breaks in the music. The first term showcase was near so Mr. Wang was giving them a hard time. The routine was the most complicated one they had ever learnt, so fast that only Taeyong, Sicheng and Ten had no problems with it, the rest was ready to have a mental break down each dance class and Doyoung was complaining more than ever. Jae glanced at his friend, who was begging for mercy when he was kneeling on the floor emptying another water bottle.

"We will make the backline," whispered Taeil, who was equally out.

He came to school, because the meeting with the headmaster was later today and no official decision has been made yet.

"I will make the backline behind the school building," said Doyoung between heavy breaths.

Mr. Wang always told them it's not only the matter of talent, but also hard work but in Doyoung's case he shook his head politely and wished him good luck at every showcase, while he placed him behind everyone.

"Hard work yeah!" said Doyoung who got up from the floor. "I work damn hard and still look like Squidward Tentacles from Spongebob," he was miserable, but Jae and Taeil laughed loud.

The only thing that raised their moods was that Kun wasn't a great dancer too and he struggled equally hard.

"3 p.m. and we'll get rid of him," Doyoung glanced at the boy they hated more than anyone.

Jae smiled looking at the clock on the wall. Only 5 hours left and then - bye bye Kun, but in this moment the practice room door opened and  everyone was shocked to see Taeyong's manager.

The small man looked bad, his head was so red that Jae wasn't sure if he doesn't exlode as a vein was throbbing on his forehead dangerously.

"Excuse me," he said when Mr. Wang got up from the laptop where he was about to put up the music again.

"Yes?" the teacher asked, while the man stopped and threw a quick look over the class.

"Taeyong and Jaehyun, come with me right now!" he said and Jae shivered.

He glanced at Doyoung who was equally stunned.

"Now?" asked Taeyong who was using his t-shirt to wash the sweat off his face.

"Right now!" the man was trembling from fury and Jae looked at his boyfriend begging for a understandable reason but Taeyong seemed as bewildered as him.

So Jae took a breath and walked to the man.

"Now!" the menager clenched his teeth and hurried out of the class so Jae and Taeyong followed.

"Billy what's up man?" asked Taeyong when they closed the practice room door behind them.

"We will talk in the company!" the guy - Billy was trembling, he squeezed his fists so tightly his knuckles became white.

Jae flet fear, he was tossing nervous glances at Taeyong.

"Can we at least change, we stink?" said Taeyong but the man turned around and looked like if he's going to choke both with his bare hands.

"No, I said right now," so Taeyong glanced at Jae and sighed but they walked down the corridor through the school building to the car park.

There they took place in the small sports car. The roof was up so Taeyong decided to sqeeze on the backset because he was slightly smaller than Jae who was thankful. Taeyong was half lying on the backseat to not to hit his head against the roof so Jae would have a problem to even fit his legs in there, but Mr. Billy never cared. He started the car and driving off with such a speed that Jae was pressed into the seat and Taeyong banged his head against the window.

Jae has never crossed the city that quickly and soon he was crawling out of the car helped Taeyong to get out. Mr. Billy walked so fast that they needed to run to catch up to him. They crossed the reception without stopping for a security check or anything and soon they were in the spacious room where Jae had signed the deal for 'Track 12'. Mr. Jacksonville was there with a few other men Jae couldn't recognize. All seemed tense and the boys were forced to sit and Jae took a chair right naxt to Taeyong hoping it's nothing serious.

A silence fell and Mr. Jacksonville cleared his throat.

"This came to us today in a confidential letter, I hope you can explain it," he took something out of a brown envelope and threw it on the table in front of them, and Jae needed a few seconds to understand what he's looking at.

It were photos, photos, that made his insides feel like glowing fire, clear pictures of him and Taeyong kissing on his living room floor on the mattress during the night of the sleepover and Jae felt he's about to faint. Taeyong was pale glancing at the photos in an empty way, while all the people in the room were staring at them.

Jae moved his hands between the pictures and to his horror he saw close-ups of Taeyong licking his chest, belly and nipple. He bit his lip trying to remember how to breath but his chest was hurting uncontrollably.

"Who has sent it?" asked Taeyong.

"We don't know, it was a anonymous letter, the person wrote this.

Proof that Taeyong and Jaehyun are a gay couple, they're in a relationship since May. The photos show their make out session in Jaehyun's house.

There is also a video to it," explained Mr. Jacksonville. "I'll send this photos to the press in 24 hours if Jaehyun and Taeyong won't do what they know they should do. What that's supposed to mean?" Mr. Jacksonville glanced at them raising his eyes from the letter and Jae shivered.

He looked at Taeyong and knew they both had the same thought - Kun. They thought they had defeated him but again he was ten steps ahead and to his horror Jae remembered the footsteps on his driveway near the living room window his mom was so afraid of.

He trembled and Taeyong grabbed his fingers under the table.
