Klaus's POV

"Nik! We finally found Rubi and you aren't going to get her?" Rebekah confronted me

"Of course I'm going to get her, Rebekah. I just need a plan first."

"You're running out of time! Today's your sons birthday. Look, Elijah and I will take Kol while you go get Rubi, okay?"

"Fine. Let's go."

*CRASH*

"Kol, what was that?!" I heard a women shout from the kitchen.

Rubi.

"Uh, I don't know. I'll go check."

That's my queue

Ringing the doorbell, I awaited the moment that I've dreamed of since she went missing.

"Rubi." I said breathlessly

"Uh, who are you?"

"He compelled you to forget me, of course."

"What?" Her beautiful green eyes stared at me in confusion

"Nothing. I'm Kol's cousin. Klaus."

"Really? He's never mentioned you. It's nice to meet you. Please come in."

"Kol and I aren't that close. But, I wanted to see my son."

"You mean his son."

"Oh yes, of course. Sorry, I'm just a little out of it today.

"No problem. Sit down, I'm just making a cake."

"So, are you a vampire like Kol?"

"Yes. He told you about vampires?"

"Yeah. He was forced to. Our son is half vampire and half werewolf. I don't know how he turned out to be half werewolf but that's just another unexplained thing in the world of supernatural."

Rebekah's POV

"Why did you take Rubi away from Nik?" I stuck a stake through his arm

"He took Rubi away from me!"

"No! You cheated on her and she left you." Elijah shouted in his face

"I love her and she loves me." Kol cried

"She doesn't love you Kol! She is being compelled by you, there's a difference. Is that the life you want her and her child to live? They're trapped. Let them go. Let her child grow up with his real dad. Let Rubi be with a man that won't her like you did."

Klaus's POV

"Yeah! I wanted- Kol! Oh my god. What happened, you're all bloody."

"Stay away from him." I pulled Rubi away

"What are you talking about? Let me go, he's my husband!"

"No" Kol said

"What?"

"Rubi, remember when I told you that vampires could control humans? Well, I've been controlling you. We aren't married, I don't have a kid with you, and you aren't in love with me. I lied to you and for that, I am so sorry. I hurt you, badly. You need to be with someone who will stay faithful to you. I will always love you and want to be with you but you need to remember everything."

Rubi stayed silent while all her memories came back to her and we all waited in anticipation.

"Klaus?" Rubi turned to me and cried

"I've missed you, Love."
