The walk back was quiet, the only sound came from the occasional jolt of the box Will carried being re-adjusted.
We walked into the building and everything was quiet. The team were either asleep or training. We went upstairs and into Will's room. He put the box onto the floor and started taking the contents out. I helped him fold some of the clothes and put them into a cupboard.
"Will, I think we should tal-" But I was cut off when he leaned in. We locked lips and for a second I was lost in it, but then snapped back when he pulled away, "Will I-"
"Alex, it could've been just a dream but the way you made me feel drove me mad when I woke up"
I remembered the way I felt. Happy and care-free. "But we just met,' I say quietly,
"You might find me cliché, but I do believe in destiny"
"That does sound very cliché" I laughed quietly. But he did have a point, why else would we share the same dream? I was hesitant at first, but then I just went for it. I took his face in my hands and he met me halfway, slipping an arm around my waist pulling me towards him.
Before I knew it, we were in sync. His hands on me, our lips connected. I didn't mean for this to happen, especially so soon.
"Alex?" he whispered as we separated,
"Yeah?" Our faces so close, my mouth barely touching his,
He looked into my eyes and stroked away a stray hair behind my ear, "I really like you, and that's not based on the dream"
I smiled before saying, "I really like you too"
We both laughed softly and quickly found ourselves entwined once more. Demi could keep Max. I didn't care anymore, I had someone else.
