Hello everyone! Quick announcement, Happy Birthday Nagisa-kun! Nagisa's Birthday is on July 20, which is today! I didn't know it was today until last minute and I had to quickly write it. I'm sorry if it seems a little rushed, but I wanted to release it on the actual date. I will still be uploading an other chapter on Friday so this is a special for everyone! Anyways, on with the show!
~(Y/N)'s POV~
'Ding'
"Huh?" I look down at my phone, to see that Kaede-chan had texted me. Its Saturday, I wonder if she wanted to hang out?
I set my book down on the side of my bed and pick up my (p/b) and open the text message.
Kaede-chan: (Y/N)-chan! Hurry to the classroom!
I give my phone a puzzled look. Why must I go to the classroom? I scale up that mountain 5 days a week, so why would I want to go there for a sixth time?
Me: Why? What's going on? Did someone kill Koro-sensei?
Kaede-chan: No! Today's Nagisa-kun's birthday!
Nagisa-kun's birthday? How come no one told me?!
Me: Okay! I'll be there soon!
I rush around my room, leaving my phone to lay on the bed. I quickly put on dark blue jeans and a plain (c/s) shirt with a pair of sneakers. I run around, with a tooth brush stuck in between my lips, combing my hair while trying to find my wallet, keys and purse.
I find the ideam's quickly before rushing back into my room. I grab my phone and book before racing out of the house. Great, now I have to get something for Nagisa-kun at the mall! And I have no idea what he likes!
I enter the train station, swiping my card at the entrance while taking out my phone.
Who should I ask? I doubt I can ask Nagisa-kun, he'll probably get all worked up and say its no big deal. Maybe Kaede-chan, but I had another person in mind, someone who's been friends with him way longer than us.
I quickly dial his number, shifting uncomfortablely. I hope he doesn't try to use this to say I'm too soft, its for a friend!
"Hello?" The voice on the other end speaks up. A train horn started to call, signalling me that my train is almost here.
"Karma! Quick, what does Nagisa-kun like?!"
"Huh? (Y/N)? Why do you care?" He asked me, like he doesn't know why. But, I couldn't shake the sound of confusion in his voice, did he not know today is Nagisa-kun's birthday?
