The ride back to Tokyo was long and rather boring. I spent most of my ride inside the boats inner decks; curled up in a blanket while staring at the empty space in front of me. The salty smell of the ocean below bothered my nose, making it twitch uncontrollably every once and a while. The boat rocked and groaned with every gust.

"Diaboli, can I ask you a question?" I eventually spoke up maybe after an hour of dozing off into emptiness.

What is it, master?

"Do you know anything about my past?" It didn't answer me but instead stayed silent for a while.

I only know what you know. Was the simple response that came from the voice. But his tone seemed deeper, laced in lies.

I ruffled my hair before drawing out a sigh. "I thought our goals where the same, Diaboli. So let me ask one more time. Do you know anything about my past?"

This time, Diaboli took no time to answer me.
I don't know to much about your past, (Y/N)-sama. Only the point of where I was injected into you two weeks prior to your escape.

I blinked tirdly before resting my head in between my knees. "What about this chip in my head? Can you do anything about that?"

Yes... Pausing for a moment as if debating on continuing. There is a way to remove it.

"And that is...?"

Surgery. I said nothing in response. In order to get my memories back I had to get surgery to remove it? I muttered bitterly under my breath. I did not like the idea of opening up my head and removing it from the deeper part of my brain.

I can do the procedure of you want, (Y/N)-sama. The chip is not buried to deep, since over the years it has been slowly edging out of its hiding place. Great so I can have blood everywhere without going to the hospital, yay.

I sighed nodding my head. "Okay, I guess. But once we reach Tokyo, then-"

"(Y/N)-chan?" A sudden voice shocked me out of my conversation, pulling my attention to the now opened door.

There stood the blue haired boy, Nagisa-kun, who offered me a small smile. "Where you talking someone?"

I blinked at the boy, pulling my body out from my previous folded up position. I chuckled lightly, who would of thought I wouldn't even hear anyone coming towards me. How unprofessional. "Um, no. But yeah kinda. But don't worry about it, it's a little common for me now-a-day's."

The blue boy looked me up and down before nodding his head slightly. "A-anyways..." He coughed awkwardly. "The class was wondering where you went."

I didn't respond to him at first, staring at his rather ocean blue eyes. I remember Diaboli warning me about Nagisa-kun before, how he was dangerous. But looking at him now, it seemed as if Diaboli was making up a lie about the boy.
