The meal was great as well as the amount of conversation between Karma and me. We had an evening full of friendly conversation as well as over whelming flirting.
Namely Karma caused the latter.
I couldn't help this girly chuckles that escaped my mouth as he pulled one of his cheesy or sexy pick up lines. By the time the meal was done, it was dark outside. The street lights had lit up the street, revealing not much of a crowd.
"Stop staring off into space like that," Karma butted into my train of thought. He slowly intertwined our fingers together, holding onto my hand tightly. "You'll get targeted real quick by a creep. Then there will be a dead body."
"And a jail sentence." I dryly added.
He let out a low chuckle. "And I know my trusty girlfriend would totally bail me out in an instant."
I rolled my eyes, but a grin graced itself on my lips. "Yeah, sure, let's go with that."
He playfully gripped the spot above his heart with his loose hand. "I've been wounded."
I let out another one of those girly chuckles. If I keep on laughing like this, I'm sure I'll lose my voice. "Don't worry, time will heal it."
"Nothing would be able to heal the hurt I would feel if you left me." He quickly spoke. I turned my head to stare at him but already saw his piercing glaze on me.
I swallowed thickly at his intense stare. "Good, 'cuz I'm not going anywhere so you won't have to worry about getting over me." I soothed him.
Those words sparked back his beaming smile as he planted a sloppy kiss onto my forehead. I pretended to be grossed out about the siliva left behind and wipped it on the back of my hand. "Ew!" I scrunched up my face.
He laughed loudly at my reaction. "What, can't handle a little DNA?"
"Not when it's on my forehead!"
He chuckled again before pulling me real close to his chest. My whole body rested against his as I leaned up to look at him. He looked heavenly in this moonlight. His hair seemed even shiner from earlier and his eyes looked hella striking. And don't let me even get started on those lips.
"What about I give you a little DNA..." he leaned in real close so where I felt his breath across my cheek. "Somewhere else?"
Warning bells. They went off. "O-oh..." I muttered stupidly. Get away! One side yelled at me. Where would this DNA go? The other questioned.
We stared at each other for what seemed like ages. The longer I stared at his perfectly curves lips, the more mine itched to touch them. The more I stared at his gleaming eyes, the more I wondered if he was staring into my soul. My cheeks started to burn and I wanted to turn away from embarrassment. But my competive side wanted to win. It didn't want me to back down from this staring contest.
So we just stood there, in complete silence. "Hey, Karma..." my lips parted before I even decided to speak. He hummed in response. "Do you like me?"
His nose scrunched up. "What kind of stupid question is that?"
I felt a little stupid after he said that. If he didn't like me, why would he be dating me? Unless it's a cover up for his gay love for Nagisa-kun. Oh my god why would I even think that?
"I love you." He swooped in and trapped my lips within his own. I was caught a little off guard and began to slowly back up. But after backing up a few steps, Karma quickly snaked his arm around my waist and pulled me a little closer to himself. "Where did do you think you're going?" He whispered.
