True Monster (Karma Akabane X Reader)

I ran my hands through
my hair once again, rising from the bloody ground. Red dots pitter pattered onto the ground, echoing through the quiet house. I didn't even bother to try to erase the staining deep colored blood. I needed to accept it, embrace what I have done. It was the only way I can face my friends once again.

The scene changed once again bringing me to a familiar hill. How many more memories to I have to go through to find out the truth?

It was evening time, the sun was setting into the horizon behind the blood red sky. My shadow was thrown against the green colored grass, but it was only a light shade of shadow.

But that was when I noticed another shadow side by side to me. I turned, my mouth drew open as who I saw in front of me. I was standing in front of someone with bright red hair, his eyes glinting with something very familiar to me. Rage. Anger. I didn't know why, but my body moved on it's own. My forearm reached forwards, my fingers shaking oddly. A strong sensation of dread filled me as his eyes soften at me. Could he, see me?

"K-Karma...." My voice came out hoarse. But it wasn't me.

I turned to the source of the voice, but my face immediately dropped. There I stood, my own figure too slim than usual. My body looked frail, as if I haven't eaten in years. My skin was off, a more off center version of my normal tone.

Karma's eyebrows knitted together, making him look angry. He made no move to approach, nor did he greet me. Instead, it looked like he was ready with a lecture.

"Are you going to say anything? Or did I come out here for no reason?" The fragile me raised her eyebrows.

My eyebrows drew in. Why would Karma bring me out all the way out here to just have a staring contest?

He didn't answer her question, just stared at her. I could almost her what he is thinking. 'What's wrong with her?'
